Dr. V was very thorough in his…read moreassessment, laid out my treatment options for me and I selected the Gainswave shockwave therapy. The doctor was quite thoughtful and emotionally supportive during the treatments. He also treated an area in my groin where I had had an operation and was suffering chronic pain due to nerve damage. It has been six weeks since I finished the treatments. My erectile functioning is greatly improved which both I and my wife are pleased about. But also, his treatment of my chronic pain was an unexpected benefit. I have been to Duke Pain management for this without relief. But the shockwave therapy caused my nerves to regenerate and now the pain I had lived with for the last six years is gone. What a wonderful experience this has been and worth every penny. Dr. V is a real doctor - board certified, not like at the local places that offer these sorts of services. It showed.

She proceeded to start injecting my smile line with just a little bit of one syringe left and put the filler next to my smile line instead of inside my smile line and said she was putting in more filler in my lips for hydration. I feel like that was a waste of my filler because I wasn't asking for more hydration. The next time I went, the new injector, I saw was amazing, but I feel like we ran out of filler before finishing my smile lines due to the previous injector, wasting the filler on things that I did not need and putting it not where I wanted it. She also had a not so welcoming attitude as I had multiple questions with it being my first time. Due to her wasting filler my smile lines was not finished and my lips don't even look that great. Probably would have continued my treatments there if my emails and text to the nurse would have been responded to and they tried to make it right but being ignored is a good way to get a bad reputation! You see responses to the other bad reviews saying get in touch with them but no contact information, no compensation for peoples time and what they put people through. Don't believe responses until u see them compensating people for their behavior! It's all about money to them. I don't like my lips or my smile lines and still having to pay.

Horrible experience. The staff was really disappointing…read more Laura, I believe is her name, should not be a manager. She's no help at all and absolutely does not care about her clients. She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

She also has a long-term approach to skincare, which I LOVE, and I've never once felt pushed toward unnecessary treatments--which is one of my biggest pet peeves! After a lot of searching, I found Dr. Hunter, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first consultation, I knew my experience would be different. Dr. Hunter personally greeted my family and me in the lobby, which immediately made me feel welcome. During my consultation, I shared all of my concerns and the areas I wanted to improve. He listened carefully, never rushed me, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on my goals. I've been to many medical appointments where I've left feeling unheard, but that was never the case with Dr. Hunter. His confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my decision. I had my surgery in December, and now that I'm six months post-op, I can honestly say I LOVE the way I look. My results exceeded my expectations while still looking natural. One thing I was initially nervous about was that I didn't see many women who looked like me on the website. However, from beginning to end, I was treated with exceptional care and respect. The hospitality from the entire Amelia team was truly unmatched. Every interaction made me feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for, and that meant everything to me. Whenever I had a question or concern, someone responded quickly by phone or email. I never felt like I was navigating my recovery alone. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Hunter and every member of the Amelia team for helping me through this journey. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I've made, and I would recommend them without hesitation. For anyone considering a mommy makeover, my procedure included: * Tummy tuck * Small hernia repair * Breast reduction * Liposuction to the flanks Thank you, Dr. Hunter and the entire Amelia team, for helping me feel confident in my own skin again. I will forever be grateful.

My sister claims that the experience is top-notch from top to bottom, and just sitting here waiting on her and talking to the staff, definitely confirms that!

First, she applied numbing cream to my face and it had to sit there for awhile to take effect. The space itself is relaxing, quiet, and easy to access and park from Six Forks Rd. It felt a little weird to have a numb face but not as bad as a dental procedure. Chloe was so great about continuously explaining what was coming next and which areas might feel a little spicier when they were micro needled (upper lip, nose) and asking me how I was doing. Overall, it was not very painful. Be prepared that immediately afterwards your face will be BRIGHT red. That lasted about two days and faded continually afterwards. It also had a sunburned feeling the first day once the numbing wore off. I mostly wanted to try micro needling for hyperpigmentation. I believe it takes a couple treatments to really see results but my skin does feel more glowy a week after and seems totally healed. Chloe sent me home with some soothing balms and tinted sunscreen to apply frequently to my face which definitely helped. Overall I really loved the Aesthetics Lounge and look forward to more treatments there.

If u like spending hundreds of dollars and not getting results u asked for and having to spend more money to correct or try and get what u asked for, or having someone try and charge u for the same area u got treatment at then u better run and book ur appointment now. I called and explained my issue to the office I received service at in Wake Forest Location and was pushed off and sent to Raleigh location where I was treated like what I felt didn't matter and was charged to fix/correct the uneven/migration. I had been in communication with Hallie until I contacted her about something I thought needed to be corrected and got no response after multiple messages and pictures. She told me one thing at my appointment and then aft r having 2 follow-ups cancelled at the last minute and meeting with another injector who was seeing her clients, I was told the filler she had used wasn't normally used for the area I had gotten treated and needed some adjustments to. So needless to say the area wasn't fixed/finished with the left over filler I had and then was sent to Raleigh to have to PAY to get anything corrected. I will say Shelby was great and so sweet and it wasn't by any means her fault for not knowing conversation Hallie and I had at original treatment and with her not responding to clients when they aren't happy with something, Shelby had no way of knowing my concern. I didnt appreciate being pushed off to Raleigh location to see what I was told " An experienced injector (Jessica. A) who could help correct my issue and help figure out what the reasoning was that my Botox did not smooth forehead lines this last time." Well neither of my issues was corrected or addressed without paying more money

I was worried after being told the evening before (not even 24 hours notice) my scheduled appointment needed to be moved from Saturday to Sunday or later in the month. Thankfully, me and my boyfriend had Sunday available. When we arrived it was so relaxing and I received an excellent massage and overall experience, they also made up for the inconvenience. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5: 1. The shoes weren't very comfortable, they actually hurt me and didn't fit my bf. 2. The inconvenience, because I made the reservation about a month or more in advance, we had to move things to open our Sunday.

Fallon was so fun to talk to and so sweet and assured me she only used medical-grade skincare products on my skin. During our initial consultation, I told her I have rosacea and sensitive skin, so she avoided using any fragrant essential oils during the facial. What was nice too is I was able to talk about this girl I started dating, and she was not judgmental at all. I can assure you that is not always the case. I haven't experienced it in the triangle yet, but I'm only just starting to be open about my sexual orientation and preferences toward women (I'm bi, but am much more attracted to women than men). Maybe it's because I'm more femme, but I do know some gender non-conforming women who have been discriminated against, and it's such a relief to find someone to pamper you who will not judge you and let you talk freely about your love life. I'm sure straight people talk about their husbands or wives all the time. My skin was clear and glowing after my facial, and there was no sensitivity or reaction to the products used. I also think this place is more affordable than others. Some spas charge extra for everything, even extractions. You can add on other services, sure, but everything was included in the 30 minute facial. I remember asking Fallon about the power deluxe facial option, and she thought it might be too much for my sensitive skin. So they really care about giving you the best results for YOUR skin instead of pumping you for money. They also have some great cosmeceutical brands, including Elta MD and Skinceuticals.
