Terrible Experience -- This Location is a Joke! The ice cream here is completely watered down and barely edible. To make things worse, they didn't even have any popsicles -- seriously? This place is nothing like the other locations. It's a total embarrassment to the entire chain. We ordered the Hot Cheeto LOCOS and these bad boys were AMAZING, one of my favorite. The raspado wasn't the best we had a Rompope it was too sweet. I had high hopes for this place. I decided to try it because its super hot. I got the chocolate covered banana which was way too frozen and tasteless, an iced coffee which tasted like water with vanilla syrup added and mini pancakes. The mini pancakes were the only thing that was good here. My advice, go somewhere else read more

I've come to this places a lot growing up and had a a lot of great food, especially ice cream. But i went today to get corn, i put my card in with it at $7 then after the guy at the register touched the screen for the register a few different times he added "service fee" for a total of $8.25. Credit card fees (which is what I used) charge at most 4.35%, so he basically took advantage and charged me extra. read more

It was almost like when you freeze cool whip....not the creaminess I'm used to.....They also had a different price on their cups and rung me up with a much higher price. !!!BEWARE!!! I came into this establishment with my SERVICE DOG and was denied business. I usually don't complain or take the time to write reviews but this needed to be done for the sake of any other disabled veterans or disabled persons with a service animal. Immediately walking into the establishment I was given very poor customer service with a very bad attitude. It wasn't until the woman at the counter looked down and noticed my SERVICE DOG sitting at my feet. From what I understood through the language barrier she told me that I could not be in there, that the dog was not allowed. Clearly the bright red vest that read "SERVICE DOG" meant nothing and neither did my correct permit/identification for my service dog that I had showed her. At this point my patience was worn out and I didn't feel the need or want to give this establishment my business anymore because it just was not worth the trouble. Very bad first impression I just hope the owner or manager reads this and is aware that it is AGAINST THE LAW to deny service to any person with a federally recognized service dog. For any others who do have want to try this place out my recommendation is don't. For many others like myself our service dogs are apart of us like a missing limb and that's why our rights are protected and recognized on a federal level. Until the owner recognizes this AND trains their employees accordingly I suggest taking your business somewhere else where the employees recognize the law. read more

I enjoy going there as many times during the week is so I can because their drinks are real refreshing! My favorite one is the strawberry lemonade and the second favorite is the watermelon. But all of them are good. I did not order it this way and I do not like coconut at all. I called La Michoacana and politely explained what had happened. I called 3 times and was hung up on for no reason all 3 times. I ordered un esquite which is the corn in a cup with mayonnaise and cheese and was disappointed with corn because it looked discolored and tasted flavorless .
