If you love legit barbecue, Bam Bams BBQ is the spot…read more The brisket is ridiculous. Juicy, smoky, with that perfect crust on the outside and melt in your mouth goodness on the inside. You take one bite and just look at whoever you're with like, yep, this is it. The ribs have that perfect bite where the meat pulls clean but doesn't fall apart. Full flavor, no shortcuts. Pulled pork is loaded with smoke and super tender. The sausage has that snap when you bite into it and just enough kick to keep it interesting. And the sides are not throwaways. The mac and cheese is creamy comfort food. The beans are hearty and flavorful. The cornbread actually tastes homemade. The vibe is easy and welcoming. No hype, no gimmicks, just people who clearly care about making great food. You walk in hungry and leave happy. If you're craving barbecue that actually delivers, this place flat out hits.

Coleslaw is a spiced up new version, non traditional, but really tasty! The Mac & cheese is more of a saucy Mac vs a traditional cheesy version, but ask them to give you a small side if melty cheese they put on the chips and stir it in! The pickle upgrade is awesome and the drink offerings they have are a hit! Wish they'd open a spot up in sandy or draper! It would be very popular.

WOW!!!! Absolutely BEST burger in Utah! This is really the perfect burger. I wouldn't change a…read morething. PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this out if you haven't!! First of all, you know it's gonna be good when it's listed as a "meat shop" rather than a restaurant! They source their meats only a few miles away from the shop in Provo and are committed to raising their cattle well. (Company quote: "If you take care of the cows, the cows take care of you") I love supporting a restaurant with well-sourced meat. Fun pictures and neon signs all around the shop, and the butcher is just in the back so you know it's fresh!! Great crew super friendly and service was fast. Now the actual burger. The toasted brioche bun, double stacked meat perfectly crispy in the smash burger style with American cheese, thick leafy lettuce, a couple tomatoes, perfect amount of onion, thick crisp pickles, and custom fry-sauce-esque "farmhouse sauce" was just *chefs kiss*!!! I don't even like pickles very much but it all came together perfectly on the burger. Fries were great too! And all that for a reasonable price! So after reading this review, the only question you should be asking yourself is... Why would you go anywhere else?

Always love the beef tallow sweet potato fries. Don't forget the house made fry sauce. Top tier. My daughter loves the beef corn dog. Great service and clean restaurant. This place ranks as one of our favorite dining options in Provo. Highly recommend.

This isn't the Rodizio I remember. Our recent visit to…read moreRodizio was quite disappointing. This used to be our favorite place, especially our son's. Which is why he asked to celebrate his birthday here. We made a reservation and were seated right away. Our original server was kind but we ended up with a different server after about a third of our time there. She was also kind. Our disappointment began as we stopped by the salad bar. It was not kept up, some dishes were either empty or near it, other options were stale and clearly have been sitting there for a while. The restaurant itself looked clean enough. We have been to this location now four times and this was the first time we regretted going once the meat came around. We remembered them having the best meats with so much flavor and seasoning. Now, the pork and chicken options were just okay. The beef options, which are usually our favorites, ended up being our least. They were either served over cooked/dry or way under cooked. Which is odd because they even asked us how we like ours cooked to which we asked for medium rare. Never got that. When we left and my husband and I talked about our experience, he said it made sense because everyone working were extremely young, some had headphones in and that the cooks were messing around. We spent $130 and definitely did not get our money's worth. We usually give places second chances but this was unfortunately so bad I truly don't see us going back. This place needs to hire employees with better work ethic. Especially when dealing with food.
