I said I would no longer come there and report him. Well the DOJ is responsible to enforce the ADA and can fine the store up to $75,000 for first offense but they claim while my complaint is valid they will take no action. While there are many Japanese goods available at this marketplace, the goods are not inexpensive. I appreciate they have my favorite drinks like CC Lemon and matcha, Japanese beauty products, and even some harder to come by Hawaiian Suns.
