I came here on a whim because it was down the road from my B&B. Upon arrival I was greeted, no one was in the restaurant. I was a bit skeptical but the only review they had was 4 stars.
The staff didn't speak much English but they tried and I speak a little Italian so it worked. They were out of a few things i wanted like mozzarella and prosciutto but their recommendations worked just as fine.
For appetizer I did the bruschetta with tomatoes and i asked for some with peppers. It was so good. The peppers were smoked and delicious. The tomatoes were juicy and savory. Follow by a salad i wasn't full but ready for my main dish.
The pizza came out quick, I watched him make it in a wonderful brick oven. The flavor was authentic, sauce was light but tasty. My experience was great. The staff was friendly. It's a wonderful place for groups. 5 stars! read more
