This place has really went downhill since I opened a mail box here a few years ago. The original owners were nice and professional, unlike the new middle eastern lady the took over the business recently. The new owner is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't even show up to open the business half the time. There have been numerous occasion during the past year where I have shown up to pick up my mail and the locations was closed at 12, 1, 2:00, in the middle of the day. The store is dirty as can be and needs a serious deep cleaning. Theres clutter and junk all over the place and it smells like a dead body half the time. There would be times that I would go there to pay the bill and she wouldn't be there. Then when I would finally catch her and the bill was past due, she would want to charge me a late fee. How the hell are you gonna try to charge me a late fee when the reason the bill is past due is because you decided not to show up to work today. The owner has been constantly raising the prices month after month. I finally got tired of it and told her I would extend my box once more before having my mail transferred elsewhere and all of a sudden the price went up an additional $25. When I came to close my account and pick up my final pieces of mail she refused to give them to me and I had to get the police involved. This lady is horrible. I would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere, like the UPS store. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I live a block away and have tried to use this place at least 6 times but they are never there. They say they're open, bright neon sign says open, posted hours say open, yelp says open, but there's never anyone there. My wife mailed something from here once but I have yet to successfully engage with them as a business...ever. Terrible service, never open when they say they're going to be, request payment by Zelle or cash, no credit cards. This is a money-grabbing place that used to at least be reliable and friendly. Now there is never anyone there during business hours. Do not bother. There's a UPS store down the street that is quite reliable and nearly the exact same price. It's too bad because I really like to support small businesses, but this is ridiculous. read more

I have been using LA Mailboxes and more for 10+ years. I have been very happy with their services as they provided a convenient location, an easy way to pay online and were always friendly when I went to retrieve my mail. It seems the father passed the business along to his daughter (?) Kadi (?) in the last few years and the customer service is non-existent or rude and hostile. I have unfortunately had several encounters with this lady where I am calm and polite and she escalates the conversation into an argument and power trip. No one answers the phone at this business, there is no way to leave a message and no response to emails - though you might get a random call one day from an angry woman demanding your keys or payment. Do yourself a favor - save the headache and use one of the many other mailboxes in LA. read more

Unfortunately this business stopped paying rent so the landlord locked them out and all of us who had mailboxes there cannot get our mail (this has been going on for about a month now?). Unclear when mail was last delivered and/or sorted. Unsure whether we will ever get some of our mail or if it will permanently disappear into the void. The space is now for lease and the LA Mailboxes N More owner's actions have left a bunch of us in a very difficult position. Several of us have set up new mailboxes at the UPS store across from Whole Foods on La Cienega near Jefferson (3336 S La Cienega Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90016). The owner at that UPS location is a delight. After meeting her and her capable staff, I now have full confidence that I won't experience a repeat of mail "ghosting" (which also may be breaking some laws) as was the case at LA Mailboxes N More at La Cienega & Guthrie. read more

This place was great, something happen.There was two young ladies that I believe may have been sisters that ran the business and the place never missed a beat. However, this last year the box crumbled...... I have had multiple packages and letters go missing. Most importantly, items purchased online, banking documents and government mail all lost. I suspect its probably in a pile amongst the clutter that has accumulated in the store. The reason someone pays for this type of service that is usually free is protection, privacy & predictability of your mail. hmmm? Aggressive and rude business owner! First, the store is boiling hot without A/C! The place is smelly and filthy like a third world shop. Secondly, the lady in the store is rude and not welcoming at all and literally yelled at me and made me leave the store without my package! I am furious and going to call UPS to complain so they'll know that their service point is just horrible and disrespect their clients. I have been using this company for over eight years. There used to be two women who worked there that were lovely and helpful and well mannered. I went in yesterday to send a package and was told that those two women no longer worked there and that this new person is a friend of the owner. I was sending something FedEx and I asked if it would go out that day. She said yes. When I tracked the package today, it showed that it had just been picked up. So I called and the new person who works there argued with me and told me that she had told me that it wouldn't go out that day. Frankly she was rude and was talking over me. I asked her not to talk over me and she proceeded to say that I needed to listen to her. I will no longer use this business. And there are so many Other businesses to give my money to. read more

"LA Mailboxes & More" has the best customer service I have ever received at a PO Box and shipping center. Located on La Cienega at the 10 freeway, the rental rates are very affordable ( I pay around $9 a month for a PO Box ) and the attention and care of its owner/operator, "K", is remarkable. She is a sophisticated and stylish Muslim lady who is very thoughtful and kind to all of her customers. She emails or texts you when you receive mail and sends a separate email for when packages arrive. K has even stayed late waiting for me when I expressed a deep need for a package. The facility is accessible for your personal mail after hours with a key. Awesome place, I highly recommend it. read more

BLS class (my class was CPR AED only but they have other classes offered) was amazing and only $40 if you pay in full. Straight to the point. 2hrs only. They have mannequins to practice on. They do not require to buy the manual(extra $10) if you already have one or borrowed one from someone. You get your card by email. Parking is a bit tough. I did the Saturday 8:30am class so there was tons of of parking but I chose to park further down the street just a block down and it was free and no time limit. read more

If I can give 0 stars , I would .... I was trying to get my ups box for 3 days . First day the lady had an emergency notice and the office was closed . Second day I was waiting from 9-9.30, but she didn't come , although the working hours from 9.00. The same day I came 2.45 she was there but she closed the door just before my face because she needed 20 minutes to pray ..... it's the worst service I've ever met in my life . I did open a mail box at this location back in July only to find out after 4 month that my name wasn't even register in the system at first place. That means whatever I've got was returned back to the sender. I'd spoke to Evelyn about this matter and not even she gave me an attitude but she didn't even try to help me out with a situation. I have had a box here 10+ years. It has gone down hill. All of the staff that were professional are gone. The owner is running a restaurant now and has let this business go to the dogs, He hired two young women who are incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I should have closed my box last year when I had the first bad experience but I renewed to my regret. I travel and have not been to LA for a year due to COVID. I have 2 other mailboxes. Only this one is not ready for prime time. They do not offer automatic payment. You cannot pay your bill online. They do not respond to emails. You cannot reach anyone via phone during their advertised business hours. A complete nightmare to do business with. The owner allows totally incompetent individuals to run his business. I received notification my bill was due. I was never provided the amount only told the price had increased. I was told the late fee would be waived as a courtesy. I called to pay my bill over the phone and one of the incompetent individuals working refused to take my payment, closed out my box, returned my mail and hung up on me. I called the owner on his personal cell phone, he claimed he would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Never heard from him. I was truly disappointed after 10 years of being a loyal customer. The owner does not care. I was shocked when I went there today. The location is seedy now. The actual establishment was filthy. The employees wore no masks and were not following CDC protocols. They have raised the prices yet they are offering no value for the money you are paying. I could not believe how vulgar and incompetent the staff were. They need to wear masks and hire a maid to clean the filthy store. If I had known they were running their business like this I would have closed my box long ago. Do yourself a favor, rent elsewhere. You do not want these lowlifes handing your business mail or packages. Take your business to a reputable mailbox company that is backed by a reputable name. I have never seen a mailbox rental place in such filthy conditions and run so incompetently and unprofessionally. FedEx, UPS and others should not be supporting this business. I would give this business no stars based on my experience. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the USPS Inspector General with respect their mishandling of my mail. Look closely at the photos at how filthy the carpet and walls are. Look at their work space which is also filthy and disorganized. This establishment does not look like it is suitable to run a business. Look closely at the employees who are wearing no masks or a mask incorrectly. Does this look like an establishment that you would want handling your mai; services? Absolutely not. I have never seen any business in such run down conditions. I love Kawther. She recently bought the business from the original owner & I have found her to be very personable & professional. She closes from 4:00-4:45 but otherwise is there from 11am-6pm. Closed on weekends, but there is a code box on the front door for you to get your mail out of your box. I have seen how disrespectful ppl can be in there so if she is rude, someone has given her a reason to be! read more

I actually found them online when I was researching PO Boxes prior to relocating to LA and purchased a box as soon as I arrived. There's never been an issue with receiving my packages or mail and I also appreciate having an overnight key to pick up my mail per my convenience. This place is the worse they claim they open 9-9:30 I show up at 10am and they still not open. I show up on Saturday they say the open 11-4, but no one showed up all day when Im trying to get my packages even the postman is shocked they aren't opened on Saturday. You use to be able to pay for your mailbox on the website but it stopped working 2 years ago and they still haven't fixed it yet and they have the nerve to increase mailbox rates for this crappy service. read more

Super quick and friendly service. I was in and out within 10 minutes for my passport photos. 2 photos for $5.99. The yelp checkin deal is just their usual price but it's still a better price than other places. They print it fast and the woman made sure I liked my picture. The camera kept giving me red eye but that was because of my light eyes apparently. There was parking available in the little mini-mall area when I was there. read more

I'm sorry it's taken me this long to write this- but some weeks ago, I desperately needed to fax some important papers to my insurance company who was threatening to cut me off. Stressed and pressed for time, I came across LA mailboxes & More, after then calling what felt like 8 or 9 copy places (the ones I contacted either were not close enough for my time crunch or charged an annoying minimum.) In short, in the midst of my rush, I realized that I forgot my wallet (AFTER being helped) but the older man who worked there insisted on helping me anyway.
