The staff are always so friendly and the baked goods are amazing! They also do beautiful custom cakes and pastries for events if you ask.

Going inside, there were lots of yummy-looking options, including savory. The cashier didn't speak English, but she got a younger worker from the back, who was competent and friendly. She answered my questions and gave helpful tips. I'm trying to eat healthy and avoid empty carbs, but since I had no idea how some of these items tasted, well I figure it was a good growth opportunity. =) I picked out three pastries, even though there were no prices listed. I was expecting American bakery prices, but each was like $1-$1.50. Maybe others cost more, but this place just seems totally reasonable. Judging from the other customers, I think a lot of locals come here. Everyone was friendly. Recommended. Yummy.

I was eating in the area just happened to stumble and seen this place. They have Birthday party picture frames hand made for purchases and cute piñata. Cashier lady working the front speaks only Spanish so she wasn't much help. She had to go to the back to find some one to help us out. I purchased a slice of tres leche cake and it was delicious. But definitely a place I would keep in mind to come back for churros next time.

We used it a couple days later in a Airbnb house with casserole dishes and still it was delicious! The sandwiches were all delicious. Also picked up some starter and flour for feeding it to add to pancake mix etc while vacationing. One of my favorite sourdough bakeries for sustainance.

When in Nashville...ya gotta check out a bakery. This was my choice for our most recent visit!…read more We rolled up after checking out of our hotel on a Friday morning. They were pretty busy and unfortunately there was nowhere convenient to park. Hubs let me out of the car and said he'd come back for me. I stepped into a comfortably sized, modern, open bakery/restaurant. You order at the counter. They have several cases displaying both refrigerated and non-refrigerated items. They also have a small selection of cute gifts/stocking stuffer or house warming type items. The line moved a little slowly but it was for a good reason; the employees took time to genuinely interact with each customer. They even engaged a little boy with his grandma in front of me in a whole conversation about his new school and even got him a special sticker. It was sweet, though the Scrooge-y side of me was in a bit of a hurry. You can also order a whole meal (mostly breakfast and cafe style lunch) here if you're so inclined, but we had other plans for lunch and so I just wanted pastries to take home. I ordered a peanut butter cookie, an almond croissant, a brown sugar matcha madeleine, and a chocolate cardamom. They pulled my pastry box together quickly and I was on my way to meet hubs in the car. The highlight of the items was the almond croissant. The almonds were toasty and crunchy and the croissant had gorgeous flaky layers and a gooey almond center. The madeleines were enjoyable though they were both a little heavy on the matcha and cardamom respectively for my tastes (esp the cardamom); that said, the texture was picture perfect, with crisp edges and fluffy, cakey insides. The peanut butter cookie was a little crumbly but pretty good too. Idk if anything just completely blew me away (the croissant got close) but everything was very solid and certainly enjoyable. If you're a pastry connoisseur, definitely add this place to your list to check out! Glad I was able to try them.
