The green chili and the red chili with brown sugar were both unique and delicious. The red chili did give a big kick at the end. After sampling maple walnut, I was sold. I did not know I bore any preconceived notions about what ice cream should be until they all melted away in my mouth with that first spoonful of Green Chile. The ice cream here is out of this world. We eat here almost everyday when we are in town. Yes, we love ice cream. The young man that works here is so nice and very efficient. The line moves quickly. Great ice cream made from great locally sourced products. My daughter has a severe peanut allergy, and we have to be very careful with ice cream shops (usually have to pass them by). Here they are very conscious of allergies and potential cross contamination, and my daughter and I felt very safe for her to eat here. The only potential cross contamination source would have been a few of the cookies, and those are not only separate, but they even have separate tongs for the peanut cookies. Cute ice cream shop in the Railway District. The ice cream was yummy- I had the Mexican chocolate and my husband had the pistachio. The guy behind the counter was nice and was very patient with my son who wanted to try several flavors before making his big decision (he went with coconut sorbet). The Sweet Corn Ice Cream is a must. Very pleasant stop along the Railway in Santa Fe.

We were walking by and saw a line of people out the door, so we had to see what it was for. It was for a local ice cream shop, so we decided to join the line. There were ten or so flavors to select from. We tried the chocolate sea salt. It was rich and creamy. There was a sign they won the 1st place in Santa Fe for a local business. The only complaint I had , there were 3 workers, but only one was serving ice cream, one was working the register and the other one I am not sure what she was doing. They had Black Magic (chocolate and cardamom), pumpkin spice, early grey, rum raisin, and blue cheese with some boozy wine. My picks were black magic and blue cheese (which tastes more like a sweet cream vanilla than the overpowering flavor of cheese). The ice cream were consistently delicious. They have classics, seasonal ice creams and sorbets. Each cone is $1 extra and I would highly recommend it. When I went, there was a black waffle cone that was delicately brittle--the perfect texture with their light ice cream. SEATING: It was very much empty when I went on a weekday evening as well. My girlfriend and I attended this ice cream shop shortly after having dinner. We were driving around downtown Santa Fe and found it and the sign alone was enough to get us in the door. We walk up and the place is ambient and has that kind local feel. We walk in and are immediately greeted by the welcoming staff who make it clear that we can ask for samples. My eyes dart to the Red Chile Brown Sugar ice cream, and I ask for a sample. It was delicious and I decide to get it before even batting an eye. The serving size was perfect, not too much or too little, and the cones were very tasty as well. My girlfriend took multiple samples which at no point did they make us feel guilty for. She landed on getting the Butter Pecan which was delicious with pecans placed within it as well. The ice cream being local were either made in house or somewhere near and it shows. This paired with a sunset and beautiful view is enough to want to go back this very moment! They have great seasonal ice cream flavors but also constant ones that could appeal to any person! There's a pizza place and a movie theater right around the corner. The farmers market and art market are there on Saturdays. They rotate their flavors regularly. I tried a pumpkin flavor, and a lemon sorbet. The pumpkin was a little sweeter than I'd like, but the lemon sorbet was refreshing. I think if you're in the area and want some ice cream.
