After taking a few days to prepare our quote, he came back with questions about colors and material. It wasn't long before we agreed to his suggestions. We were surprised when we got to the bottom line. C & R Pool came back with a lower quote than the several other pool companies that quoted us,... and the ideas that they came up with, changed and updated our pool area and pool. Being in business myself, I understand that sometimes associates or employees don't always make the right call. It happens. This was the case in my situation. Joel personally came out and rectified my problem. He also offered to give me my money back, which I did not accept. My only goal was to get the work completed that I had paid for.
