I needed a nail refill and a pedicure on a Sunday while my child has practice and so I found this spa. I decided to check it out. Not many choices on a Sunday. The gentleman that did my refill was nice, did a great job and was quick, no issues. I was given a bottle of water. I also had a hand/arm massage and a hot towel after the refill. Not many places do these extra steps anymore, I love this. I then had a $40 pedicure that made my feet nice and soft and got rid of any hard skin with a foot massage. I loved it. The woman that did my feet was very nice and efficient, she did a great job. always love the massage chairs too. I would definitely come back if I am in the area. read more

It is illegal for unlicensed people, much less minors to work on customers but that's what happened at this place. This child was so clueless that she ruined my previous pedicure for cutting my nails down to the quick and into corner points (!) after she asked if I wanted them short and I said, "No!" I was not a walk-in, I had an appt so there is no reason why I didn't have a licensed professional handling this service. Nasty staff when you point out incompetence, and they did nothing but denigrate me for pointing out this terrible problem. My nails won't grow out until at least the end of pool season. read more

As with most salons if they are very busy you don't get 5 * work. But saying that I never leave in happy. My nails look beautiful

I went there about 3 months. Its dirty. The guy that did my nails always was in a rush and did a bad job and he was rough. He would not pull out sanitized tools. He would just use the ones that he used on people prior to me. His language was bad. Like foul. If I told him what I wanted, he told me no I didn't and do what he thought needed to be done. Sadly it was not good. The woman was rough and I have burns on my feet from the chemicals they used.

My first time experiencing this place and it is also going to be my last. It started off good as they took me as soon as I walked in, but as they proceeded with giving me a gel manicure the nail tech was really rough. My fingers were hurting really bad, but I tried to move past that since my nails were turning out alright. At the end of my appointment they charged me $20 more then the initial pricing of my manicure, and my nails weren't even! I was hoping for a better experience, but i left with knowing I will never be back again! read more

My daughter and I went here to get our nails done before vacation. I had both my hands and feet done and cost me $100. I asked for a french manicure and the girl totally ignored me. I didn't pick out a color because I said I wanted the french. She picked out a red color and just started painting my toes red, even though I told her several times I just wanted white tips. Then the man started on my nails while he was on the phone and did a horrible job putting the gel powder on. I walked out of there looking like I already needed a fill on most fingers. The tips he used were too small as well. It looked dumb. I went back two days later because my polish was botched. The woman who fixed them took all the polish off all my nails, and thn asked if I wanted the same color. I said well I really didn't pick that color, I wanted the french look for my vacation. So she finally gave me the french manicure I asked for in the first place. It looked better than the red, but the nails themself were already messed up. When she finished there were a few spots where the red wasn't totally removed and showed through the french manicure. Regardless, I was so disappointed by this time that I just wanted to get out of there. I left very disappointed. They only put one coat of clear over my nails and half the white tips peeled off during my vacation. My daughter had the dip gel and hers looked great, but they didn't last either. I dropped $150 on two full sets and one basic pedicure, plus my daughter tipped an extra $30. The care we were given I wouldn't have tipped at all. Totally not going back to this salon ever again. They either can't understand English or just want to do what they want and ignore what you ask for. I used to get my nails done all the time years ago and never had such imperfection. If this had been a first experience, I would never get my nails done again. Just very unprofessional. If I could give them a zero I would. read more

If you want to be gossiped about & have your hands slapped every few seconds while getting your nails done, then this is the place for you. I have gone to this place for a couple years and each time the service gets worse & worse. I thought I would continue to try again & see if the service would be any better but it's gotten to the point where I will never go back again. The workers are RUDE and there is only one nail tech (Anna) who is actually professional. I was totally Disappointed with the service, I asked if they could do fan nails French manicure and show them a picture, one girl turned her nose up but I was told to wait and wait I did, they even took an other lady before me. When it was my turn, Sunny asked to see the picture again, she proceeded to do a regular French manicure and even cut my finger not stopping the bleeding, when I asked her why she was not doing what I asked she started blaming another girl for her errors. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not waste your time or your money going to this place. I've been going to this place for well over a year now and I've had some bad experiences but I've always decided to see it through. Today was my breaking point. I have never been mistreated or disrespected the way I was here. I had a young girl as my nail tech, and she proceeded to slap my hands, twist my arms and tell me to relax. I was constantly getting yelled at and I felt extremely uncomfortable and nervous. Anna is a great person and I hate to leave a bad review, as she is so sweet and does a great job, but this entire experience ruined my day. I suggest someone talks to the girl that I had, before she ruins it for many other people as well. On the other hand, I will never be returning to this place. read more

Find another place! First of all, nothing annoys me more than when someone doesn't have any sense of the importance of my time. I have NEVER been taken on time here. This last appointment was for 12:00noon. I was taken back at 12:45 along with THREE Walk-ins. Johnny jumped around from chair to chair, phone call to cash register. The walk-ins were finished before I was! I talked to him about the rudeness of the timing. He apologized but said that even if there's an appointment, if a walk in comes in 5 or 10 minutes before the appointment, they have to take them. I suggested that they dedicate at least ONE technician to appointment onlys. He did not agree. Because they get busy, they rush through everything. Instead of fixing a broken acrylic properly, I have seen them just squeeze some glue underneath a lifting nail, but then charge $4 a nail for a full repair!!! It's so ridiculous! I also know some Vietnamese language. I know enough to understand it. I'm not very good at speaking it. They talk about EVERYONE in there ALL. THE TIME. I called them out on it the last time I was there. They were stunned. I told them they were very rude. I will never EVER go back here. read more

I have been coming here for years, but today will be my last time for certain! I came in for a polish change and when they put on the toe dividers, I noticed some nail polish on them. I ask the woman, "Why is there nail polish on these?" She seemed uncomfortable to answer but finally said, "We reuse them." I immediately asked for them to be removed. I've always thought they did a great job with cleaning their tools (they always come out of sealed bags) but this was DISGUSTING. I'm all for eco friendly, but come on!!! This place takes forever they only have about two workers and they both are beyond rude. I went to get a fill and it was supposed to be $15 and charged me $25. With in 3 hours one of my nails broke off. The next day I went to get it fixed and they said a 30 minute wait and after 40 minutes they still had 3 girls to do. worst place I ever went to get my nails done for so many reasons. to start i went in for a dip manicure YESTERDAY, i got charged extra for using multiple colors but it didn't take any extra design or powder. Next, the guy messed up the colors and when i pointed it out to him after the first coat, he got angry and was blaming me. now that he messed up, he used the drill to remove the messed up colors but drilled my one nail extremely thin. he finally finishes and adds a top coat but he messed it up & didn't realize or didn't say anything, considering it already took 45 minutes to fix it the first time, I did not have time to wait for him to fix my two messed up nails. go onto the next day & i have two nails already that the nail polish is coming off. all around a really bad experience, I paid $40 plus a tip to absolutely hate my nails. read more

After getting a botched gel French manicure across the street at Lords and Ladies, I was thrilled to find that they weren't busy and could take me right away as I was pressed for time. Since I had just had a manicure minutes before, I was surprised at how much dead cuticle she still removed from my nails. She did a beautiful job. My cuticles were smooth. Also, the gel polish was applied flawlessly. She painted the French white tip with a steady hand and it was absolute perfection. I've never had such a beautiful manicure. Thank you! First of all, this is my 3rd time visiting this salon because I work in the area. I've never thought to leave a review before but my last visit warrants one. When I got there a few people were already there. I was greeted right away and asked what I needed done. It was offered that I came back in a hour. (That was fine by me because I was just trying to kill time and treat myself to a full set). In retrospect, I probably should've driven out farther to another place I like to get my nails done, but I did return an hour later. When I returned, I was seated right away. The problem was that for a full set and gel polish, it was $40. O-O Wow! I didn't get a hand massage or any hand lotion in that price. I still tipped the lady that did my nails because I don't know if she sets her own pricing or if she's told what to price things. I didn't want to run the risk of her not getting anything for her time spent on my nails. I think for the money I would've received better service at my other place and definitely some of those extras that typically come with a $40 full set. read more
