I was discharged to this facility after surgery for a broken hip. Upon arrival I was immediately struck by how shabby the facility was. I was plopped in a disgusting triple room. During "intake", I was informed that it wouldn't be until morning that the facility MD would "approve" my medications. WTF? By 3am, I was in a full blown cardiac incident. 911 was my rescue from this death camp. All the staff did was stare at me, rendering no assistance whatsoever, until the ambulance arrived to rescue me. WHAT A SHIT SHOW!!!! Under no circumstances go near this place.

David B4 the accident.

I give this ratting for many reasons. One; the staff from top to bottom are the best of the best. Weather they were supervisory or staff. Two; they always made me feel comfortable in my situation. Three; They brought my meals, my meds and anything else that was required. Four; The time that I was required to spend in the rehab room was fun as well as rehabilitating. The crew in there were great. Five; I could go on for days with great cements, but I would be just redundant all the way around. So all I can say is thank you all for a super great job. And if I ever have another situation as this I hope I get sent To La Jolla Nursing & Rehab Center. Respectfully Submitted David Zaslow of Vista, California

This place has a very bad reputation in the medical and long term care community. It's horrendous when it comes to care, communication, food, and the overall place is falling apart. The furniture is rusted, broken and can be dangerous, dressers are broken with drawers hanging, broken trash cans, they use power strips which have multiple plugs in them which is a fire hazard. A lot of the residents appear to be homeless and they park their wheelchairs in the front of the building with trash piled on top of them covered with a tarp or trash bag. Nursing and administration does not communicate with family members. My mother inlaw was in this place and she never received a shower in over a month. People come out sicker than when they go in. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!! I've seen positive reviews on this place and believe me they are probably done by someone that works there. The turnover is like a revolving door at this place also, and a lot of the nurses and aides lack training and communication. The overall feeling of the place is very unfriendly, no one acknowledges guest they just keep their back turned to everyone. The place also always smells like urine, very strong odors. Believe me if I could I would've given them a -100

I have seen Karina a 2 times in the past , and followed her on instagram after the fact . For a "healer"- I'd expect somebody who doesn't put down other women . This woman has consistently put down other women and myself included through passive aggressive comments (She mentioned several times getting cosmetic procedures done to my face and body ) & how she treats other women & how other women I personally know have gone to her and felt the same . That time was my last time seeing her , but I didn't unfollow her . Not only is she a misogynistic bully , she has said consistently to kill every Palestinian. This is not a healer - this is a narcissistic person using the cloak of "spirituality" to disguise her inner evil. Spare yourself and your soul- go to somebody who is truly healed inside, one who doesn't judge . If you are looking for a safe space , she is not the one . She will not heal you, and she supports Donald J trump . Anybody who supports trump is not a spiritually aligned person , as I said, just a narcissistic person under a cloak. Islamophobic, racist , misogynistic... yeah sure ... "healer "...

Therefore this is my second go around with this organization. I worked with PT, Troy, my first time around two years ago and he was amazing. Troy is experienced, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. When I came back to Creamer after my second surgery, Troy wasn't an option due to my schedule. I've been working with Ben, one of their newer physical therapist w their practice, however, has many years of PT experienced in many different areas. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have met Ben. He is extremely professional, asks all the right questions, helps me communicate with my surgeon and truly has my best interest at heart. Ben is extremely wise and knowledgeable. I feel heard and seen and grateful for both Troy and Ben. They have made a profound difference in my recovery during a very difficult time in my life.

Whether recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or regaining strength and mobility after surgery (like me for the Rotator Cuff), you want to spend time in the best place to accomplish your goals. At Creamer, it's a delight to be met by Melia or Sabinne, who handle all the scheduling. Whether your therapist is Gloria, Troy, Simon, or other qualified personnel, you are in excellent hands. Specific care is taken with your needs, and that truly matters. Many technician assistants and aides, like Alan, Chris, Ellie, and Eddie, help with the exercises, which complements the therapist's work. My six months of PT twice a week were enriching months. The staff's joy, focus, and dedication to my recovery from Rotator Cuff surgery inspired me to heal. I highly recommend Creamer Physical Therapy to anyone with a physical problem who wants to heal.

The place is very clean and I notice they follow through on protocols ( important to me and my health) the background music is very soft jazz which is non intrusive but creates a lull. Love it! All the staff are compassionate and helpful from Carmen at front desk and Andy or Ryan (the therapist I have)- sorry I don't know all the staff yet.) I was referred (due to a very painful knee on certain movements) following my attempts to become more active. Now, I feel I'm on the right path but doing things at a correct pace and walking before I run. Anyway, I recommend highly this practice in La Jolla for anyone seeking a haven for healing with great therapists

I'm not only impressed with the results of her application of Graston, active release, and DNS therapies, I am also satisfied with the transparency she offers when discussing treatment with you. Together we have managed to improve my condition to a level where I am comfortable in my active daily routine and do not fear the sudden onset of neck pain and tension. I've been in 3 car accidents (one head-on collision that separated my shoulder), 2 motorcycle accidents (one that I sustained minor fractures in my neck), broken a collarbone, put my head through a plaster wall, landed on my neck multiple times doing acrobatics, separated my other shoulder ice skating, work an engineering desk job that is an ergonomic nightmare, and passed out on many of my friends dangerously uncomfortable floors. Don't judge. After a few treatments with Debbie in Q3/Q4, I have sustained a pain free month for the first time since 2014.
