It's now hard to wear sneakers and it is visibly and sensationally apparent that the injured toes that are swollen and painful on the sides that were cut/ ripped too deeply. I felt the pain and saw the blood instantly, and said something but the nail tech still didn't take her time after that. Her apology was brief and the mistakes were left unaddressed at the end. I have had pedicures and manicures before but this was easily my most painful experience, both during and after. I also found that the polish on my finger nails should've been applied closer to the bottom of the nail (where the cuticle was). Why would you go through the work of removing the cuticle if you're not going to also take the time to apply the polish well? Maybe some of the other nail techs are more gentle but it'll be a long time before I consider going back. It was busy so some nail techs must be good, but I can only report on my very negative experience.

My only concern was that I wish the ombré manicure was more blended, even though my nails were short. I asked her to blend it more and she said she wasn't done and then just added the sparkles. The sparkles definitely helped, but it wasn't quite like the picture I wanted. The owner came to say hi, and he was very welcoming. Another girl also came to offer me some water and I really appreciated that. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely come back! I might just be hesitant about attempting a complicated dip design.

When I go to my normal place (Diamond nails-check out my review!) I can stretch a full set at least 3 weeks with my nails still looking in pretty great position. Here? I had them done for a week and wanted to rip them off becasue the acrylic had risen so much in such a short amount of time, the polish was gone from tips and they looked beyond ratchet - like there's no way in hell I got them done a week ago. So for the cheap price and specials you'd be better off paying $10-20 more at a higher quality salon that yields better results. This review is based off of years of randomly going to this place. However, they DO NOT use sns color, they apply the pink and polish it with normal polish which is already straying from the SNS system, where the color is supposed to be powder itself. With that said, the nails look nice and shiny two weeks, and by the third week there was no chipping but the color wasn't on the very edge/top of the nails. When I got my $22 refill on SNS, some nails weren't done as nicely, so the bottom edge grew out thickly. I see the review saying that it's counterfeit sns powder. Idk anything about that, but the bottom line is that these are durable shiny nails that won't bend up like normal acrylic overlays. If you want enhanced nails that last, this is a good option. If you truly want SNS, find another spa. This is just a side note, but I noticed for some reason they rush me out of the spa when my nails are drying. Once I left and as soon as I got outside I smudged everyone of my nails. They did repaint them for free but I would just ignore them if they insist your nails are dry and it hasn't been at least 45 minutes.
