If I could leave a score of "ZERO Stars," I would. Last night, my wife and I had reservations for 9 pm. to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, which was planned months in advance. We arrived 15 minutes early and was promptly met with a look of surprise and disappointment. We were seated, given our menus, and a few minutes later, our drinks were served, and we ordered our meals. I proceeded to get a salad as we waited for our meal. My wife and I noticed several tables had received their food even though they were seated well after us. When I asked a different server (since our original server never came to check on us after bringing our drinks) about the status of our meal after waiting over a half hour, she went to investigate and returned stating that our food will be out in a couple of minutes. Our food arrived at 9:47 pm, right as we decided to pay for our drinks, salad,and leave. We spoke with management, who seemed to not have a care. The excuse given was that my steak was so large that it took longer to cook. I didn't order a Brontosaurus sized steak, I ordered a fillet. My wife and I are from the USA and have been in Spain for 2 weeks on vacation. This restaurant (La Hacienda) in Peguera came highly recommended but ended up being the worst experience. read more

Very very Nice meal, where the portions definitely was acceptable. We would definitely recommend it to others. We did only have a main course as we were full from it. The only setback I see was that some parts of the restaurant was a mess. They had used classes standing on two tables which could have been used for further guests. read more

Good experience ! However, it made the impression that some of the waiters were not very organized. First of all, the food was marvelous. Steak, ribs and lamb - everything was so delicious. Incredible! Yes the prices are a bit high, but definitely worth it. Service was friendly, but sometimes all over the place. It seemed we had 3 different waiters all responsible for different things at different times, which lead to confusion and misunderstandings. Very odd. Other than that, it is a really nice restaurant. - Can't say anything to the parking situation since we were driven there. read more

Excellent restaurant! A well laid out restaurant with plenty of room at the tables, clean restrooms and nearby parking. A gratis parking lot is located two short blocks behind the restaurant. Reservations strongly recommended during popular time slots. Staff was pleasant and timely. All the meals served to our table of four were very well prepared and delicious. An all-you-can-eat salad bar is included with the meals. Meal prices are on the higher end even for a tourist area. read more

The food was good and super tasty, but price and quality DO NOT match. The employees were kinda lazy and forgot about us. I took 20 minuets for the wine to arrive. When it was time to pay, they completely ignored us and we waited about 25 minuets. So overall a bit sloppy. read more
