All the food was great , but that Cuajo is the best I've ever tasted. Service was good and fast even when the place was crowded

HANDS DOWN A MUST DO!!!! We decided to go to El Cerro De…read moreNandy after seeing all of the reviews and seeing it on TV. My family is originally from San Lorenzo and not allot of them have been to El Cerro. I used the link on the FB page it did get us to San Lorenzo and very close to the actual location, but not quite. I had to stop at a lil corner store and they told me exactly were to go, luckily we were only about 2 mins away on the same road. We got there and left the car parked on a lot that they have and paid 5 bucks to get dropped off and picked up. The road to get up there is very narrow and its all mud and rocks. When you finally make it up there the view is incredible, it is breath taking. It is one of those views that literally choke you up. The food is very good and there is a balcony you can sit in and eat there and let me tell you that is another view, so beautiful. The owner Nandy... after a few drinks is something else LOL... if you dont like people that talk your ear off stay away. Other then that WOW excellent!

Looking for some comfort PR food? Look no further than Casaita Miramar!…read more I am quite literally still sitting here, already wanting to write about them. No reservation, but they had space at the bar. Such great service and a warm vibe, as echoed by their red walls. And then the complimentary plantain soup and bacalaitos started this meal experience on such a high note, my god. I wish I had more! I ended up ordering the churrasco and side salad-- and it was more than filling. Medium rare steak, for the win. The salad was also flavorful and colorful with crumbled cheese, red onions, and fruit. I didn't have any adult beverages besides the complimentary digestive shot at the end-- but honestly, would return!

The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent from beginning to end, from the hostess to the servers and bussers. Our server, Jeffery, was amazing! He was energetic, professional, attentive, and you can genuinely tell he takes his position seriously. I loved that! We were greeted with complimentary sopa de plátano and bacalaítos, and I was NOT expecting to love them as much as I did. This was by far the best sopa de plátano I've ever had. I never thought I could fall in love with a soup, but here we are! (I ordered a whole extra regular size bowl )The bacalaítos were another surprise because they're normally not something I order or even particularly like--and I've tried quite a few in my life--but these were absolutely delicious. My S/O and I shared the churrasco with arroz mamposteao, along with a side of avocado salad and majado de viandas. Everything was a straight 10/10. Not one disappointment on the table. They also make an amazing Rojo Pico, which was the perfect addition to the experience. 100% recommend Casita Miramar. Don't overthink JUST GO! Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and most importantly, genuinely delicious, quality Puerto Rican food. This place absolutely deserves the hype and its spot in my top two!
