Had some chicken satay, calamari, fish fillet, beef in pesto, feta cucumber salad, shrimps, and dates wrapped in bacon. So once we chose our food, they will cook for us and bring to the table. It did not take long to wait for the food to show up to our cute small table. They were all good. Never had sweet dates wrapped with bacon before, it was actually good. The calamari was really delicious, not so crazy about the beef, fish was good (fried in hot oil), chicken satay was also good. It is a very nice restaurant And I will come back with family/friends.

The food was both gorgeous and incredibly delectable and the service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The delivery of each new plate was perfectly timed to make the relaxed evening a seamless experience of dining and chatting with friends. Every dish was declared phenomenal by all party members (including one low-carb and one gluten free eater) and the staff could not have been kinder. The waiter was always quick with a smile and the chef personally shook everyone's hands as we left. The absolute highlight, though, was the dessert. Every member ate two churros resting on a pillow of whipped cream, drizzled with strawberry sauce, sprinkled with powdered sugar, and stuffed full of warm, gooey chocolate. After eating one of the two, I shamelessly admit that I was tearing up because of the sheer quality of the food. I have never eaten a better churro and I doubt I ever will. Even better, my friend related this story to our waiter when he came by to collect our plates. He laughed for a moment, cleared the table, and returned less than five minutes later with two more beautiful churros on the house. He excused it by saying that they were leftovers, but they were both piping hot and clearly fresh. I was overwhelmed by his friendly nature and the wonderful dessert and found myself crying with happiness once more. I cannot recommend this place enough. I sincerely hope that more people visit and that each one of them tastes the churros.

The menu has a really nice selection of both cold and warm starters, and the salad selection is above average for most places. They also have a small tapas menu, offer soups, fajitas, seafood and even lambchops. On top of all this, they also have one of the largest selections of steak cuts I have ever seen in Eindhoven. Here you will find flank steak, top sirloin, tenderloin and ribeye - and in a variety of different sizes. For quick reference, the steaks come in various sizes (grams). Here's a quick way to determine how much meat your getting with the portions that Rodeo offers for the steaks: 180g (6.34oz), 250g (8.8oz), 350g (12.3oz), 450g (15.8oz), 600g (21oz). On this visit, i had the small bbq ribs as a starter. This was just right as an appetizer. It's a small plate with 6-7 spare ribs that are lightly sauced and seasoned and they tasted pretty good. I would definitely order them again. For my main course I went with the mixed kabob tenderloin (250 gram) plate. This came with a small piece of beef tenderloin and two chicken cutlets that have been pounded flat. The steak was cooked medium - exactly as I ordered it, and the chicken was done perfectly without being overcooked. Both the chicken and beef tasted great. They also brought out with the plate potato gratin and a bowl with some small frites and mayo to dip them in. I would definitely come back here again. I've had good experiences both times and the quality of the food is definitely superior here. Just be aware that the average bill here tends to be higher than for other restaurants in the area. That being said, if you like a good steak, you will definitely want to give them a try yourself.

I only wish I hadn't been alone because I could have tried more dishes. I chose the chicken with garlic, cheese croquettes and fried calamari. Not exactly low calorie but I did have some olives as my vegetable. Everything was delicious and a perfect meal washed down by a lovely cava. I cannot believe this place hasn't been reviewed before.
