First of all, they give you a physical menu, but you still have to order via QR code. You can request to order manually, but the physical menu we received didn't include everything we saw via the QR code. So what even is the point of handing out dirty, outdated physical menus? Do you guys want to be contactless or not? And if you want to be contactless, why do we have to flag down a server to pay?
Secondly, the rumpsteak was a killer letdown. The stone plate did not retain any heat at all, resulting in the meat quickly becoming cold. It wasn't so bad at first, but it didn't take long for the meat became hard, dry, and unpalatable. It felt like I was no longer eating meat, but something artificially created in some shady back alley leftover meat processing lab.
The fries were also soggy from the first bite. Come on, at least have one crispy fry?
Lastly, I don't know what it is about Dadawan restrooms, but all the ones I've been to have been poorly ventilated, with a foul, lingering smell. It's like the only consistent thing they've got going for them.
