We got there 45 minutes before the restaurant said online that they were closed. The servers were already cleaning up, and we were told that we could not eat at the restaurant. We ordered for takeaway, and the food was given to us pretty quickly, but we were immediately rushed out of the restaurant. We weren't given any utensils to eat with, and the tiramisu which cost us 6 euro was nowhere to be found! Because they forced us to leave we couldn't get back in to ask about our dessert. The food itself was alright which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Wish I could have eaten that tiramisu. The pastas were pretty watery especially the tomato sauce was so oily! I decided to stop by with some friends as I'm visiting from out of state and this place looked busy so I thought it must've been good. I don't know what was crappier, THEIR FOOD OR THEIR SERVICE! We ordered 2 pizzas and two pastas and only ate 2 slices out of the whole thing. One of the pastas they covered in parsley giving it such a strong overpowering taste and the other pasta tasted like kids food and was all watered down! Ontop of that our waiter ( a young guy with a red shirt and curly hair ) was absolutely rude! While ordering he rolled his eyes at us and made grunting noises when asking questions about the items on the menu and never even checked up on us . WE SPENT £75 for food that we only ate two slices of pizza from, OVERALL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! read more

Really great food. Ordered the Buffala di Pipi appetizer and the freshness of the cheese blew me away. The pizza was very thin but very flavorful. I'm only deducting a star because of service. It was really slow and kind of a hassle to get them to give us the check. However, I do acknowledge that it might be more of a cultural difference than anything else but it was still a bit annoying. read more

The pizza is wonderful, thin crust, delicious. I am so happy there is a place like this in Tilburg; even my Italian friends vouch that it's made by Italian chefs, and that it's great! It's a huge place, with great interior design, and I've never seen a place in Tilburg so full. It also serves good pasta and some salads, and it's really cheap, and family friendly - they even have a playground for children I heard! On the things still to be learned: waiting for a table. There were huge lines on a monday evening, and there was no system in place to assign to tables, so plenty of people were waiting while there were many free tables. I am not blaming anyone, but I think if there is a system in place, Happy Italy has a great future, and I am looking forward to going there again! read more

A wide range of choices for pasta's and pizza's, some salads and desserts, a nice service, the place seems to be popular and packed every evening. The only bad points were : no drink menu and no spicy oil. So we didn't know how much would be our wine and water, and I missed the spicy touch on my pizza. But the prices are very low (between €4,75 and €8 the pizza) and the pizza's are very big (as seemed the spaghetti plate of my neighbourg), so it's totally ok for a quick lunch or dinner with friends. read more
