It has that classic bustling tapas bar energy where everyone is close enough to feel like part of one big conversation. The food was the highlight. The clams were flavorful and fresh, the octopus was cooked beautifully and the paella was delicious. It is a great place to stop in for a drink and a quick bite, especially if you want something authentic and lively. When we visited, it was packed to the point where you were shoulder to shoulder with other guests and close enough to easily hear the party next to you. It adds to the charm if you enjoy that classic crowded European dining atmosphere, but it is something to keep in mind if you prefer more space.

The staff is outstanding, always there to help We stayed 3 nights, would have stayed 4, but our first time there they were fully booked for the next night. On our return trip we made sure we booked the 2 nights ahead of time. We had started our trip in Budapest where our Viking river cruise began. It was our first time on such a fancy trip. We are Pilgrims at heart, which is why we extended our trip for 3 more weeks. We ended in Amsterdam but took a train to Lourdes, then Bayonne, we were looking to hike an obscure Camino route " Camino del Batzon". It went from Bayonne to Pamplona. After our first day we found how obscure it was, Almost all the hotels had shut down due to lack of pilgrims. Time for plan B, we decided to go directly to Pamplona. We backtracked to Bayonne, then a bus to Pamplona, where our first stay was at this hotel. What a great city and made better by our hosts, so we hiked from Pamplona to Longrona and back. This was our shortest Camino, but I can now say I've been on all 5 of the major ones. Three complete from 2015, over 850 kilometers and 4 credentials We have stayed in Alburques on every Camino, so don't think this is an "Alburque", it's a nice place to re center. So thank you Hotel Campanilla for making everything easy and welcoming of Pilgrims. Buen Camino.

Llevo un tiempo interesándome en este tipo de cursos y me he apuntado a varios similares en diferentes sitios, sobre todo para aprender nuevas técnicas de cocina, pero también para comparar establecimientos, personal y experiencias a cara de elegir el que me parecía mejor para enfocar mis futuros esfuerzos. Aunque todas mis experiencias con los diferentes cursos han sido buenas, la combinación que he encontrado en El Gusto es Nuestro ha sido superior, especialmente por la técnica didáctica empleada por Diego y, simplemente, su profesionalismo con una muy buena dosis de cercanía a los allí reunidos para aprender. Sin ninguna duda ha sido muy agradable en mi opinión, refrendada por los comentarios de los demás asistentes que he oído al salir del local, y eso que varios confesaban al comienzo de la noche que venían "arrastrados" por su pareja. This represents exceptional service and accommodation, since 8:30pm is the normal opening time for dinner here in Spain. We ate family style: Roasted Calamari - super tasty that went well with the salad that it came with. Scallops - a must have at this place. Delicious seafood taste. Steak - served on a hot stone plate that was sizzling on the table. This was perfect for our table with varying tastes in steak. Take it out early if you want rare. Wait a little longer and it's medium. Vegetable plate: nicely grilled veggies topped with two chunks of cheese. Sea Bass: it was perfectly roasted. Very tender and perfect chewiness. Sauce was delicious with the potatoes and peppers that it came with. Overall, one of the better meals during my 2 night stay in Madrid. Excellent and friendly service. The Sangria was the bomb.
