RCG was a sub-contractor for the contractor I hired. The work on my home started several weeks late due to RCG failing to communicate with my contractor, took weeks longer than their original estimate, and several months after the work has been completed, I am still playing email tag because they have been unable to keep me informed about a backordered floor repair kit. The laborers that performed the work did a great job overall, however there are some gaps in the flooring where they cut to fit corners and edges. The cabinets have some holes where they missed studs and had to relocate the screw and there are holes where they mounted the door on the wrong side of a cabinet and didn't patch the holes.

I had another piece made for the short wall behind the cabinets and I asked them to leave it until I lowered the wall and added new backsplash. Finally finished it all this year and a BGCC team returned to install it. These gentlemen took such pride in their work to compensate for the short wall having been built not level. Unlike most of them, Natalie was so chill and no-pressure as I browsed. I really appreciated that. Because of that, I trusted her with my business and went with her installers as well. Now her installers.. I was so nervous because I just put my faith in them to make 2 slabs work somehow on this large project with a fairly complex sink and faucet set up. They crushed it. What they did is literally a WORK OF ART. The symmetry, the precision. This is the centerpiece of my house now, where everyone likes to gather round.
