Thankfully I had plenty of time to get to my gate so I was able to wait over 5 minutes for my drink, but it was a little annoying to see others that clearly ordered after me get their drinks before me. When I informed the barista of the error, they didn't really apologize or show much concern about the oversight. I don't know, maybe this was because I didn't speak Italian. One other thing to be aware of when ordering/eating pasteries here is that they are set up in a self serve container. I did not order a pastry, but while waiting for my latte, I witnessed a woman pick up one pastry with her hands, start to walk off, and then change her mind by putting her pastry back in the container (by hand again) and grabbing another one. She saw me watching her and she clearly gave zero f*#!$. I realize the US probably has much higher standards when it comes to food handling and I'm probably a germaphobe. I saw an arrow sign on the side of an alley wall, and a small banner which had the name of the restaurant. So we kept walking towards the alley and finally saw the place on the left side at the end of that alley. We were greeted and seated right away at the dining area downstairs.
