Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and champignons baked in a wood-fired oven. The place was so full that the wait staff was literally running between tables, but they were in amazingly good spirits. I was like, "Whoa!!" I was sad and excited in one fell swoop. Sad that the store closed before we could order another pie but then excited because of their graciousness. The cherry tomatoes on my buffalina pizza had a sweet sugary flavor profile. And the Buffalo mozzarella was thin skinned with a soft milky interior, just the way it should be. The sauce was simple--fresh tomatoes puréed. And it's like they knew me, because the condiment they brought to thr table was pimento oil, because I love being emotional when I eat. Clearly it worked because I'm in love. The amoré kind of love. FYI There's public parking just beyond the restaurant, so the time between parking and pizza is efficient.
