Europe gives you 1-2 thin napkins per meal ordered. Not really practical if your meal contains a saucy burger. Don't expect napkin dispensers out in the open where you grab as much as you want. It doesn't work that way here. As a traveler, remember to always carry tissue/napkins. Also, if you're from the U.S., don't expect free refills on soda. That's not customary here either. The food is fresh and the service friendly and fast. If you are in or near Vomero, La Padella should not be missed as they are just a few blocks north of Stazione Medaglie D'Oro.
