Staff was super friendly and asked if we had any questions, if we're looking for something in particular, or if we wanted a sample. My husband loves sour & Swedish candy and they had plenty of options for him! We took home a few different things to try as we just wanted to shop local and support and were happy we did. They also now have 'dirty' sodas (flavor and add-ins) which I thought was cute. Definitely check them out! ‍

These are the most tender flavorful gummy bears I've ever had bar none, they are so addicting, if you buy these or the gummy worms buy lots of them or regret it as soon as you pop the last one in your mouth. I recently attended an event where there were boxes of these sample size packages - everyone was hoarding them. I grabbed a few packages to enjoy later and then decided to open a pack to enjoy at the event. I didn't really think about them again until I got to my office and started unloading my pockets and began filling my desk drawer - I pulled up the news feed on my computer and grabbed a few package to snack on while watching - after about 15 minutes I decided to wrap things up and noticed quite a few empty packages on my desk, okay maybe a few more than quite a few, they are that good, like none other - I don't know exactly where I can buy these or order them online but I'll definitely figure it out...

This little gem is sandwiched between a restaurant and Army Surplus store on Madison St. If you blink your eyes, you will probably miss this little store. Inside is probably 10'x10' but filled with chocolates along with ones that are already boxed and some other merchandises. Lovely lady that worked there helped me pick out a big box of chocolates (it was valentines day) and from what my lady friend told me, this thing sold like hotcakes during her Church's small group gathering. The lady who worked at the store told me that if you bring the empty box to fill it back up, it will be little cheaper since we are reusing the box. Pretty cool right? So in the end, it's a small shot that has great chocolates for your guilty pleasure. I don't partake in this practice but from what my lady friend told me, they are really good.

As you drive down 9th, you might think "am I going the right way?"... but keep going! Right before the dead end sign, you will see a magnificent thing - the tent from the market! When there is a line, it's used as a covered line area - so smart!! Entering it feels like you are back at the holiday market. Treats from Europe, the traditional nuts and cookie tins, etc! It's amazing! I don't even know what I bought because there were so many treats that caught my eye! The spot wasn't crowded when I visited, but with all of the word of mouth sharing of this spot, it might be soon. The team was taking Covid seriously and there are spots on the floor to distance appropriately and hand sanitizer, etc. Definitely visit!!!

Nerds Gummy Clusters Very Berry: Nerds were first released in 1983 and are a minuscule hard, sugary…read morecandy. They come in a variety of flavors and there are now several spin-off products like these Nerds Gummy Clusters. The clusters are made up of your everyday Nerds adhered to a berry flavored gummy core. Each piece offers a unique textural contrast on the palate as the outside is crunchy and the inside is chewy. It's been years since I've had "Fruit Roll-Ups Fruit by the Foot", but I thought the gummy flavor was like what I remember those tasting like. Personally, I find these much more enjoyable than the one note standard Nerds as the berry gummy core adds additional flavor and texture. If you've had a Nerds Rope then you know what to expect as it's essentially the same thing, but in bite sized portions. I've reviewed the Gummy Clusters Rainbow before, but this was my first time having the Very Berry version. It can be challenging to differentiate the Nerds flavors as they're all super sweet and tend to taste relatively alike. I would have to eat this back-to-back with the Rainbow version to possibly tell a difference, but as far as the flavor goes, I think they are both somewhat similar. The obvious difference is the coloring, which is an improvement in my opinion. The packaging is a lovely blue instead of dark pink and the candy itself utilizes blue, purple, and pink Nerds. This is as opposed to the Rainbow's green, yellow, orange, pink, and purple, which I don't find as visually appealing. Although I enjoyed both version of the Gummy Clusters, the edge goes to Very Berry, which like its sibling, is Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews My ranking of Nerds candy: 1. Nerds Rope tied with Nerds Gummy Clusters 2. Big Chewy Nerds 3. Grape Nerds
