Shrimp Tostada and super burrito w/Chile Verde
    Torri M.

Rounding up to 4 stars ... everything we ordered was Decent and overall tasty. I was looking around to have a repeat of the Burrito we found at Cachanilla ... no such luck. However, I will say that this burrito was at least flavorful and did not depend on my adding salsa to it for any sort of flavor: which on the whole seems to be the norm around these parts. The burrito was flavorful, well put together but definitely lacking in the ingredient 'freshness' I was hoping for. But tasty. Husband had the Chile Verde Burrito and I had the Shrimp. I do appreciate that you can opt not to have rice on the burrito. I also appreciate that they offer a vegetarian or shrimp burrito. Big round up of stars for that! The Chile Relleno was 'ok' a bit surprisingly bland, but well and properly cooked. The shrimp tostada was ... definitely not the best tostada in town, so will not go here for those. However, I was very happy to find a little 'more authentic' Mexican spot in town where not everything was as bland but the salsa! Will be ordering from this spot again.

This place is a small convenience store with a taqueria tucked in on the side. Both areas are organized and clean and they have a couple of small tables for dine in. I ordered two burritos , one pastor and one asada, two plain asada tacos for my little and an horchata. All items were delicious and the service was quick. I highly recommend this little taqueria when you're in the mood for good on the run.

I'm from San Jose and I've Never wrote a bad review, stopped by at 5 am on the way home from Monterey from a family trip. This place seriously has 4 stars??? I've ate so many good Mexican spots and I've had places that were ok and whatever. But this place was the worst one I've ever had. You see the pictures I posted below... literally tasted like water beans, dried pork. My burrito smelled weird cause the meat. Rice was bland. I was really shocked because I thought it would be better which was such a huge let down. I'm only writing this to spread awareness cause seriously I'm not sure how you can say this is a good authentic Mexican restaurant. Also to add one last thing. I woke up and my stomach hurts from that pork I ate, I'm really disappointed to be writing this as I'm a big supporter for local food restaurants but yeah this was terrible I'm sorry. Staffs weren't rude or anything though.

We started the trip with what I can say was a can't be beat resort stay here. We each had our own king rooms that honestly almost made me hate my own home. From the start of the stay pulling up to the security gate and getting greeted with so much energy and friendliness then being handed a rosemary bag to bring you into the mood. Immediately I knew I would love this place. The valets were great. The lobby staff were great. I was at the resort for two days and I swear I never touched a door to open. My room was ready early which was a bonus and the room. Again just great. Spacious. Ultra clean. All the amenities you could want. Fridge bar area. Fireplace. Sliding double doors to a private patio overlooking a fantastic golf course. Giant bathroom with separate soaking tub that was divine. I could review the golf all by itself. Super nice caddy Jack who it was a pleasure to spend the day working alongside and perfect weather because it can certainly get hot out there. We had a catered private lunch and then we had dinner in the bar area and everything was, you guess it, perfect. I will be back it's just a matter of when.

Not sure how busy/crowded it feels when the course is open, but having the course as a backdrop to our dining experiences and our room was beautiful. There are also pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts and a nice gym! Our room in the resort was very spacious, they were really accommodating with baby amenities for our 15 month old which is always helpful when you're traveling. Cordevalle provided a crib, baby bath tub, baby bath supplies and a diaper genie!

This place lives up to all the hype as one of the best breakfast joints in the area, with huge portions, friendly service, and that cozy local vibe. I started with the chocolate cream drink (their rich, creamy hot chocolate or chocolate milk variation--whatever it exactly is, it's indulgent!). It was perfectly sweet without being overpowering, super smooth and velvety, topped just right. If you're a chocolate lover, this hits the spot and pairs amazingly with breakfast. Not too heavy, but definitely satisfying. For my main, I went with the famous Rosebud breakfast, and I can see why it's a favorite for so many people. It's a hearty, loaded plate with eggs, meats, potatoes, and all the classic fixings done exceptionally well. Everything was cooked perfectly--fluffy eggs, crispy edges where needed, and those fresh country potatoes were addictive. The portions are generous; I couldn't finish it all and definitely didn't need lunch afterward! The staff was quick, welcoming, and the place was buzzing with locals. If you're in Gilroy and craving a solid, no-fuss breakfast with standout items like the Rosebud and a great chocolate drink, OD's Kitchen is a must-visit. Highly recommend--I'll be back soon! 5/5 stars

I can say, without hesitation, that this was the second worst Chicken Fried Steak I've ever had in my life. The breading completely came off the steak. The steak was thin and WAY over cooked. It was tougher than shoe leather. I could barely cut it with the steak knife, and it gave my jaw a helluva workout trying to chew that thing. And the gravy was terrible. So thin, I could see the steak right through it. It looked like a glazed donut. That's how thin the gravy was. Then, I asked for EXTRA crispy hash browns. They weren't even regular crispy, let alone EXTRA crispy. The eggs and the English muffin were fine. It's hard to mess up those things. The service was fine, but the kitchen COMPLETELY dropped the ball. I drove all the way from Santa Clara, thinking about the great CFS they used to have. Wasting all that gas, for one of the worst breakfasts I've had in a long, long time. smh

They also offer other flavored latte's (matcha, lavender, hazlenut etc), tea, coffee, soda, etc. We both had chilaquiles verde (also a favorite)... his with grilled chicken and mine with carnitas. Super tasty and just spicy enough. And my SO's daughter is vegetarian so they made her a chipotle sandwich without the chicken but with extra cheese which she liked very much as well.
