He was taking my case and dropped the ball as he said verbatim. So then he decided he would write a letter of mediation to my brother since he had dropped the ball. We weren't getting anywhere with our insurance company for an accident that wasn't our fault. That's where Susan came in. Insurance companies count on clients not knowing their rights. Lawyers do. If you're ever in an accident, Susan and her team will guide and protect you every step of the way. Their professionalism from start to finish was unmatched. Our insurer finally paid up -- all expenses, including car and medical were fully covered.

There simply aren't enough words in the English language to describe how amazing Jacob Seropian is…read more Jacob represented me through an incredibly complicated series of circumstances. I had six or seven car accident cases happening at the same time--not individually over the years, but all at once. Talk about a juggling act! Somehow, Jacob managed every case with incredible knowledge, organization, and attention to detail. He knew my cases better than I did, even though I was the one who had lived through everything. I received excellent settlements on each of my cases, but one accident in particular was the catalyst for the pain and injuries that followed. Jacob negotiated an incredible settlement in that case--far beyond what many of his peers believed was possible. Honestly, I never expected the outcome he was able to achieve for me. What impressed me most was not just the results, but the fact that Jacob was always on top of everything. I felt like I was in extremely capable hands throughout the entire process. He understood the details, knew how to navigate the complexities of my cases, and fought to get me the best possible outcome. I honestly don't remember how I originally found Jacob, but I will be forever grateful that I did. If I am ever unfortunate enough to be involved in another car accident (knocking on wood!), Jacob Seropian will be the first person I call. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks, Jacob!!!

To top that, she provided me with unique perspectives (on a very challenging landlord-tenant situation) and options none of the other 3-4 highly rated lawyers I consulted even thought of, and she did it without needing hours or days to research related laws--she is truly an expert and applies her utmost knowledge and experience to provide her clients with all the best possible legal options, to mitigate their loss or optimize their success. If you need legal advice or representation and want to work with a lawyer that'll treat you like a dear friend, Wendy's that lawyer. My ex and I shared three businesses and several properties, and this was the first year I had to file on my own while still legally married. I felt lost and anxious, not sure where to even start. From the moment we spoke, Amy made me feel calm and supported. She didn't just take care of my taxes; she helped me make sense of everything that had been tangled for years. She carefully went through each business, helped me organize and separate what belonged where, and even found major mistakes my previous CPA had made in my 2023 return. What meant the most to me was how kind and understanding she was throughout the process. There were moments when emotions came up unexpectedly, and she handled it all with such grace and patience. Amy worked late hours, kept me informed at every step, and somehow made sure we met my deadline, even when it felt impossible. She is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and sincere. It's rare to find someone who is both brilliant in her field and genuinely caring toward her clients. I can honestly say I wouldn't have made it through this tax season without her.
