I had a controversial issue with an ethics committee and no one wanted to take on this case in my county. Mr. Ricketts was recommended and he was not in my county. He heard my case and said he would work with me as to how aggressive we should be with the committee. When the issue finally came to being heard he wrote an aggressive motion to dismiss and we went before the committee. They were not very organized and he held them to their guidelines and after two hours of closed session between us and their own closed session the complaint was dismissed.
