I ordered the Lamb with okra and I highly recommend anyone who visits to try it. The restaurant is nice and has a relaxing atmosphere, always clean which is very important to me and the workers there a so lovely and welcoming. My freinds and I visit every Wednesday to drink their yummy milk tea which is made deliciously. It goes great along side their freshly baked pastries/breads. Thank you for always welcoming us to your wonderful restaurant

If you have read my review about that then you will be surprised to read that complete opposite of that review here. I had a chance to go to try this branch, not sure about the quality and service from previous branch... but I was totally in for surprise. What a welcome, beautiful family environment with traditional comfortable seatings. The restaurant doesn't make your cloth stink after you have left the place, this is the main factor I look for a good restaurant. Secondly I like to see how the service is, and this place has lots of good things to talk about. The service is superb compared to previous (original branch experience) experience. I went on Thursday night and the place was quiet but very peaceful. Very clean and family friendly. The price is reasonable for authentic arabian food in my opinion. I went with family so we ordered few different dishes to try out. And they were all yummy as usually arabian food is always yummy. Very healthy as they use a lot of lemon, which is very good for digestion and burning your body fat. They have good parking space on the side road at the back of the restaurant. They have good space to serve good amount of customers. I will fully recommend this place to anyone who would like to try some authentic lebanese food in Birmingham. I am so happy that so many arabian food restaurants are springing up in Birmingham and most of them are superb as they serve authentic arabian food with good standards. So in short, Anyone want good authentic arabian food, Go to BADER Restaurant on Ladypool Road, they are SUPERB.

When I went in I was quickly greeted by the barman who offered me a drink, as it was lunchtime I went for a diet coke although they do offer a full bar menu with all the usual drinks you would expect plus sangria..... After living in spain for a while I am a HUGE fan of the stuff but the afternoon is just not the time or it can be a bit of a slippery slope haha. I went for the Salmon dish (Salmon a la plancha) served with almost a lentil stew and the oven baked figs....this was all on recommendation of the lovely manager Jaz. Now figs.....I wouldnt usually go for fig....not even in a fig roll situation they just dont do it for me, so naturally I thought yes to giving them a go in a more savory dish.....I have to say it was great! They served with goats cheese and honey and were actually delicious...maybe I am a convert! The salmon dish was also fresh and lovely....well presented and all the food came out quickly. Perfect at lunch time. Good vibe to the place overall and definately somewhere I will be trying more of the food in due course!

A young couple came in to order drinks at a quiet time for the pub in the afternoon. The card machine seemed to not be working and this couple after trying repeatedly to pay for their drinks were told to return their drinks to the bar from outside, as they like most people of their generation were not carrying any cash. I felt acutely embarrassed for them as they were obviously made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the lack of empathy shown both by the serving barmaid and by the manager who was called. The drinks were then disposed of and the couple left, I'm sure never to return. I certainly will not return myself either as this episode of lack of understanding, compassion and downright rudeness on the part of the Orange Tree left such a bitter taste in my mouth.

Her customer service skills were very poor with how she treated us as patrons. She confused out orders and even lied about the drink service. She told me it was regular coke when she obviously served us Diet Coke. My cousin ordered 2 meals and one was to go. She did not put in that order and when we were getting ready to leave proceed to tell us that "It's not like when you are in America and you get to order things to go and rice cannot be taken off the premises" I have never heard of this before in any of the countries I have visited yet alone in the UK. She was rude and unprofessional and the food was equally unimpressive. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

It's only been open for a couple of months, and it's ideally placed for maximum visibility on the main through routes - indeed I first spotted it whilst sitting in the car waiting for traffic lights to change. The idea of a Moroccan Tapas bar intrigued us enough to wander in as it wasn't too busy despite being a Friday night, and we were warmly welcomed and offered a choice of seating either in the bar area or the more spacious restaurant part. As there was a large table set up in the restaurant part, foretelling noisy company ahead, we opted for a quieter high table in the bar area. The menu was an interesting Spanish/Moroccan fusion mix, with a good selection of tapas and paellas nestling alongside more traditional tagines; added almost as an afterthought I noticed a couple of enchiladas and burritos variants too. Plenty of choice for discerning palates then. We both opted for the seafood paella, and a starter of bread with harissa, olive oil and olive tapenade was soon forthcoming to whet our appetites, along with an Estrella beer for me. The harissa was a bit tame by what I'm used to, but the bread was tasty enough. The paella when it arrived was OK but not particularly outstanding; I thought the portion size could have been a bit larger, although that may have been because we both had the same and it came down to the size of the pan. For dessert we had Moroccan almond cigars, which were three absolutely delicious filo pastry rolls with sticky syrup and almonds - yum! The service was a little relaxed, but the manageress had explained that they were training a younger waitress that evening, so that's absolutely fine. I actually quite enjoyed the laid-back chatty attitude of the staff, but if I'd been in a hurry to get to the cinema or something it might have been a different outcome. I hope they do well, it's an interesting fusion cuisine and it was a nice surprise finding this in Worcester.
