Apparently this was the place. There was a slight line on a Friday afternoon but it moved too quickly. No English menu on site but they have an English version online. Honestly, I felt pressured, I didn't know what I was doing ordering lol. I was so confused with the menu and like I said, the line went by fast. We ended up getting a hurricane with Oreo mix in. The girl described the hurricanes like a DQ Blizzard. So I thought perf. The small was HUGE. And my bf and I were thankful we decided to share one. It's a generous serving. The bottom of the hurricane had hella Oreo and I wish it was like this throughout. I could have done without the addition of the plain vanilla swirl but I also appreciate it lol. Just the plain vanilla did nothing for me. Overall I did enjoy it. Now that I've re read the menu I wish I had gotten something else or more mix-ins. Just another reason to return!
