We stopped in for a…read morelate, light lunch and were happy to be seated without issue (sometimes it can be hard to get a lunch service in a nice restaurant after 2pm!) Many things on the menu looked tempting but we didn't want to eat too heavy, so we settled for three pasta dishes - each of which was familiar yet with some unique and delicious twist. For instance, I had the linguine with clam sauce, which was accented with bottarga. The maltagliati with asparagus, red shrimp and salmon roe was outstanding. And for a meat dish, the bucatini with ragu was also delicious. Everything went down well with a delicious rose wine. I would love to come back some day to try more of the offerings on their menu.

We ordered the risotto con asparagi e prosciutto and the tagliatelle con ragú d'oca. The tagliatelle was delicious, but the risotto was clearly the star of the show--it tasted of asparagus and butter but wasn't cloying, cooked just right. Even my toddler finished her plate! Since we were satisfied with the primi, thought we'd try the dessert and ordered a tortino al cioccolato con sorbetto a la pera. The pear sorbet was delicious--not too sweet, and perfectly paired with the lava cake. We finished it off with espresso. Great meal for under €70. I'm glad I chose it
