Elegant restaurant on one of the most beautiful piazzas I've visited in Italy. We stopped in for a late, light lunch and were happy to be seated without issue (sometimes it can be hard to get a lunch service in a nice restaurant after 2pm!) Many things on the menu looked tempting but we didn't want to eat too heavy, so we settled for three pasta dishes - each of which was familiar yet with some unique and delicious twist. For instance, I had the linguine with clam sauce, which was accented with bottarga. The maltagliati with asparagus, red shrimp and salmon roe was outstanding. And for a meat dish, the bucatini with ragu was also delicious.
Everything went down well with a delicious rose wine. I would love to come back some day to try more of the offerings on their menu. read more
