The only downside was I paid a little extra for a "Happy Birthday" message card which they forgot and I didn't notice until I had already left. I called the shop and the staff was super friendly about it. They offered to reimburse me for the extra cost, so I'll have to wait a few days for that to be refunded to my credit card. *Update*- They did refund me for the message card.
