Ordered a dozen Bundtinis for a friend's birthday and they loved them. Very fresh and the flavours were great. Icing wasn't too sweet and paired well with the bundt cake. They're smaller than the average cupcake, so just keep that in mind. I paid $42 total for the 12, so a bit on the pricey side. Still tasty nonetheless and would be good for any special occasion. I did the online order and it worked great/was easy to use. I arrived a bit early than the expected pick up time and my order was all ready to go. The only downside was I paid a little extra for a "Happy Birthday" message card which they forgot and I didn't notice until I had already left. I called the shop and the staff was super friendly about it. They offered to reimburse me for the extra cost, so I'll have to wait a few days for that to be refunded to my credit card. *Update*- They did refund me for the message card. I ordered the confetti and pecan praline flavours for this 2-tiered bundt cake for my son's second bday. Presentation: excellent presentation and everyone was left in awe of how beautiful the cake looked. Taste: the confetti flavour was spot on. The pecan praline was another story and thats why i reduced one star. I had tasted a sample of pecan praline and hence decided to order it. The sample was simply superb. It had just the right amount of flavour and was super moist. However, the one we got was on the drier side. It was crumbling when we were cutting it. Plus there was strong cinnamon which is not personally to mine and the crowd's liking. The thing is i didnt taste the cinnamon at all in the sample and hence ordered it. So now i have a full big tier of the cake which everyone just nimbled on :( read more

Ordered a surprise cake for a friend there in Canada. I am In California. Friend picked it up thinking therefore had no idea how I've ordered it. Didn't find out till she got home when she sent me the picture to thank me that she was given the wrong cake: wrong size, wrong flavor, no message because there were no decorations like I had asked/ordered. When I found this out I called the store right away a couple of times, emailed them thrice -- and still have not heard from them to try and fix the issue. I emailed them again yesterday and still no response. If you were a business here in US you wouldn't survive like that. This is poor customer service nothing Bundt Burlington. A coworker of mine brought these in to try and it was an instant hit. I was in Burlington yesterday and thought I would swing by. I purchased 3 Bundtlettes (medium-sized) - Double Chocolate Chip, Double White Chocolate, and Pecans & Praline. I have yet to try them, they all look so cute in their little packaging. As for pricing, I believe it's a fair price for great quality. I have however tried 3 other flavours - Red Velvet, Carrot, and Strawberry Shortcake. All three were absolutely delicious. All very moist & the frosting was sweet but not overpowering. I'm not a fan of Strawberry Shortcake in general, but this place will change your mind if you're like me. Red Velvet was my favourite (it always has been and always will be), but a close second is the Carrot flavour. I also do have to say the ambience & overall decor in the shop is adorable, you might want to buy everything - fair warning. Move over cupcakes, Bundt cakes are life!! Didn't really know what to expect when we came in to order a birthday cake. The store was super cute and the staff were extremely attentive from the minute we came in. With the help of Ella (she was amazing) we decided to build our own bundt cake. The Lemon with drizzle tasted as good as it looked. The cake was personalized down to the colour of the ribbons it came packaged in and you could even submit a personal picture that would be printed on a postcard type card. I've been here twice now, and have tried their big bundt cakes, regular/individual sized bundt cakes and their bundtinis. Their flavors are amazing but what makes these cakes so great is that they're super moist, even days later. If you put them in the fridge and eat them over days, make sure you take them out and eat at room temperature for best taste and texture. I've tried their lemon, blueberry, pumpkin, carrot, confetti, white chocolate raspberry, vanilla, red velvet and chocolate chocolate chip flavors. They're all very good but my favorite are probably red velvet, lemon and chocolate chocolate chip. I did feel like the icing on the bundtinis were different from the icing on the large and individual sized cakes and it seemed less sweet, which I prefer. You can opt to get no icing on the large cakes, but they look better with icing if you're about the pictures. I'm not a huge fan of sweets and usually find icing on things like cupcakes to be overly sweet, but the icing on the bundtinis were not bad. However if you eat too many in one sitting it could still become too sweet. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Whether you email them or call in, everyone was super friendly and informative. Generally you only need to give one hour advance notice for them to get your order ready. Would definitely get again if I'm ever in the area. read more

Went in and bought two bundtinis (smaller bundt cakes) that were large enough for me and my boyfriend each to split one for dessert. We went on the grand opening and there was samples galore! All were delicious so it was hard to pick just 2 flavours. We ended up with pumpkin and pecan praline. Both delivered on flavour and both were a perfectly moist and had a great icing ratio. I'm usually not a lemon cake fan but their sample of their lemon bundt was amazing. Not an artificial tasting lemon and the perfect amount. My boyfriend really liked the chocolate bundt sample so I think those will be our next purchase. Only downfall is that I think it's a little pricey to be buying a lot but the products were really good and the service was very friendly . Definitely will be back. read more

Visited this location for the first time a couple of months ago. Let me just start off by saying the Nothing Bundt Cakes is HUGE in America, where I'm from. In fact, I work at a NBC in California which allowed me to critique this location from two different angles. As a customer? Didn't disappoint. Store was very clean and had TWO sample trays out, both extremely tasty and rich. The store had lots of retail-- from baby books to candles to greeting cards. We were greeted by one GSR who was very friendly and attentive. As more customers came in the store, a second GSR helped us. As an employee myself? Checked all of the boxes. Cakes looked the way they train you to make them. Customer service was phenomenal. In fact, she experience I had inspired a change on how I handle my own customers in my store when I came back from my trip; I try to mimic their attentive and kind nature to each individual customer. I will come out to this location whenever I am in the area. I urge you to try this place. I'm speaking honestly when I say you won't be disappointed.
