I'm a chocolate-fiend and a brownie lover, so I was excited to see so many different flavors of…read morebrownies, and unique ones too. These may be the best brownies that I've bought. They rotate through different flavors, and when I found them at Maltby Market, they had the following flavors: Bacon & Maple Syrup, Treacle Tart, Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter, Bounty, and a Double Chocolate. The Bounty and Treacle Tart seemed to be newer / seasonal flavors, and I think they always have the Salted Caramel.
We tried 3 flavors: Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter and Bacon & Maple Syrup, The Salted Caramel was my favorite, followed by the Bacon one and then Peanut Butter, but I feel like you can't go wrong with any of them.
Salted Caramel - Seemed richer and almost fudgy, with a layer of salted caramel in the middle. It was amazing and I could have eaten several of these if I had it in front of me.
Bacon & Maple Syrup - Sometimes when you get bacon-flavored things, you wonder where the bacon is, but that was not the case here. The brownie was pretty fudgy here too, and dense. There were pieced of candied bacon sprinkled within the brownie and pieces of it on top too. Super unique and one of the better bacon-desserts I've had.
Peanut Butter - I like peanut butter and chocolate - this brownie was sightly more on the cakey side than the other ones. It was good, but compared to the other ones, not my favorite.
You can't go wrong with brownies from here - you can get a box of 16 bites, and they were nice enough to make a smaller box with 3 flavors (12 bites) -- basically 3 brownies cut in 4 pieces. This would make an excellent dessert to bring to a dinner party, or just to indulge yourself. The salted caramel one is voted best brownie in London, and I can believe it. It might just be the best salted caramel brownie in the world. I would definitely come back to get the salted caramel brownie on my next trip to London.
