We had a 12 course tasting menu and my husband had the wine pairing as well. I will let the picture speak for themselves. Food was the best I've ever had and I love the combination of spices and textures used. Every bite is a burst of flavor, but not too overwhelming. If you only have one chance to taste a 3 star Michelin restaurant - this is it!!! Don't bother going anywhere else because you will be disappointed. The final Bill came to 748 euros.

We asked for guidance from the sommelier, but it was very disappointing to not have a curated wine menu for the full dining experience. Wine is an essential part of dine dining, and the restaurant misses the mark by not filling the good. We had the best oyster of our lives, and one of the amuse bouche dishes was repeated (I was not sad about this). Bread is offered liberally -- take it! That will be the most filling part of your meal. Note the frequent refills of water at $11/bottle. All of the dishes were sensational and complex, and if you are a seeker of Michelin star restaurants, then this is a do not miss based on many factors, including the hotel being a place where Napoleon visited. Atmosphere is nice with ideal tables out on the balcony, and additional tables in the square with glimpses of the river. Some live music for those on the square. It had soggy frozen vegetables as a side and a cordon bleu that seemed mass produced, what an embarrassment especially at 46 CHF!
