I assumed the crab ceviche was made with real crab, and that wasn't clarified. That should be communicated upfront. Service didn't help either, the staff member came across as cold, and unfriendly. Sampling felt stingy. Nothing was ready, you had to ask, and the sample was taken from a full container, then that same opened container was handed over as the purchase. That's a poor look and not how sampling is usually handled. Payment was also frustrating. Tap-to-pay wasn't working, so everything had to be done through a text link, which felt odd and inconvenient. The product has potential, but the experience needs to match it. Clearer communication about ingredients, a warmer and more attentive service style, proper sampling practices, and a smoother payment process would go a long way. But even more importantly, people want food that feels thoughtfully made and served with care, and that did not come through here.
