From the moment we walked in, the barista was genuinely warm, smiling, and welcoming everyone who came through the door. The kind of energy that feels effortless and sincere. I initially ordered a cold brew with a croissant, while my friend went for a hot café con leche with a cookie. The barista recommended their staple iced café con leche, so I switched, zero regrets. Strong, smooth, perfectly balanced, and exactly what you want when you need a real coffee (not dessert pretending to be caffeine). The croissant was flaky and satisfying, and my friend loved his combo as well. The space itself is quaint but incredibly cute, cozy, intentional, and full of character. It doesn't try too hard; it just is a vibe. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The barista checked in to see how everything was and thanked us for coming, a small touch that goes a long way and honestly makes you want to come back. Great coffee, great energy, dog friendly and even better service. This one's officially in the rotation.

I don't believe there are any other stores (in the world?) that combine vintage cars and vintage guitars under one roof, but I always thought they were similar in spirit. When I bought my Dakota red telecaster from 1965, I admit that I also pictured a Dakota red classic Mustang from a similar era. I was actually in the market for a new acoustic and with the help of Jeff, tried a number of the new guitars for sale. I didn't buy one that day because I was still looking and visiting stores in south Florida. I think more than any purchase, you have to physically play a guitar to see if it fits you and the sound is appealing. I suppose a lot of people collect guitars without the intent to play them and that's fine, too. The cars are pretty impressive - reminded me of James Bond movies. And the wide range of electric and acoustic guitars are equally impressive; every one of the them has a story to tell. They also sell used and new amplifiers and other merch (including a Cafe!); I'm thinking of bringing in my amplifier for consignment.

Thought it'd be a quick stop... nope. Instantly hooked. Sipping a breve flat white alongside a chocolate croissant and an oat-milk capp, surrounded by vintage cars and guitars? Yeah, that escalated quickly. Then they throw in collectible vinyl just to really test your self-control. Come on now. If you're a music lover or just looking for something different, this place fits perfectly into the Wynwood vibe...creative, curated, and effortlessly cool. Honestly, once you see La Colombe on the menu, everything else just falls into place. Service, staff, and vibe? Perfetto! Didn't plan on staying long, didn't want to leave. See ya again soon. For the ropa vieja, the beef was very tender since it was slow-cooked for 5 hours, and the tomato sauce offered a good flavor addition. I added black beans to the dish as well which I would highly recommend for others to do the same. My partner had the day's catch and was offered a piece of fish which was pretty delicious, but for $30 it was a bit too much. The picadillo a la habanera had good criolla sauce, which defined the flavor of the dish. We ordered a flan and an arroz con leche as well, and both desserts were tasty and decorated beautifully, especially the golden sugar crust on the arroz con leche, which almost resembled the crème brûlée sugar top. In terms of drinks, the piña colada didn't taste like an alcoholic drink, which could be a hit or miss depending on who's having it. The guava juice tasted very fresh, which subsequently made it not very sweet, which we were more than okay with. I also felt like the instructions for water were not very clear, because it seemed like my partner was led on to believe that still water was free, but we were charged $14 for it at the end. There was also a 20% service fee which I clarified with the waiter that it didn't count as tip. However, the suggested gratuity was roughly 7% to 12% based on the bill. All this information is simply to keep other customers aware. The food was still pretty on point above all else.

We really enjoyed the traditional wheat milkshake (Batido De Trigo), which tasted like an elevated cereal milk!! It was lovely sitting outside, and we didn't feel rushed. I ordered the Organic Egg Any Style and my husband ordered the Breakfast Burrito and we chose the Buttermilk Pancakes to share. By far the best breakfast burrito we've ever had! The eggs any style were great but I was ready to pack them for later so I could order another breakfast burrito for myself. Incredible flavor and loved the sauce inside. The pancakes were a perfect closer for our meal. A perfect amount of sweet, nothing too overwhelming and they put a good amount of fruit on top (I hate when places cheap out on the fruit toppings!!). And the texture on the pancakes was absolutely *chef's kiss*. Environment was clean and very welcoming. Service was quick and friendly and very helpful.

The matcha was so watered down though, there was no flavor. I would say the biggest downside is that their service is horrible, and I never complain about service. They completely ignore you if you need something, they are unapproachable and do not make it a nice experience for you. We got a couple drinks to go and the carrier tilted off the counter and spilled one because they didn't see the end of the ledge. They stared at us as if it was our fault, and had a clean and wipe everything until they put out a wet floor sign. It's not common for me to think of a place and only remember how bad their service is and how rude the staff is. I feel like they are just lucky their food is good.
