You can find dishes from different states in Mexico, they are famous for their gorditas and tamales, among other dishes from central and North Mexico. We tried the romeritos back in December and they were a little too salty for my taste so that's why they don't get the full 5 stars. I've tried other dishes like enchiladas and gorditas and they were pretty authentic. Their dessert menu is the best, I recommend the pastel de elote (cornbread) with rompope.
