Dr. Adham was out, so we first saw Dr. Hill -- she was polite but very by-the-book. She told me to fortify bottles for weight gain and said "formula is perfectly fine," but it didn't feel supportive of my breastfeeding goals or include a plan to get back to exclusive nursing. Two weeks later, we saw Dr. Adham and the difference was night and day. She celebrated my son's weight gain, supported my breastfeeding journey, and truly listened. When I asked about circumcision, she caught something everyone else missed -- a curvature called chordee -- and referred us to a urologist. He'll need surgery, and had she not noticed, it could've caused major issues later. She's compassionate, thorough, and genuinely cares. We're so grateful for her!

Believe the hype!!…read more Pediatricians, or should I say, good pediatricians are slim pickin's in this neck of the woods. Well, Dr. Adham is the greatest!! You can tell she genuinely LOVES her work and loves babies. Let me start by saying that I am a worry wart when it comes to certain things and my baby is one of them. I am constantly worrying about whether everything is normal and on track with my little one. Dr. Adham is VERY personable, thorough, and engaging. She does not rush you out of the exam room and gives you as much time as needed. She is also patient in answering all my new mommy questions. My only gripe is with the appointment call center and front office staff. I wish there was better organization. For example, I called to make an appointment about 3 weeks in advance. The day before the appointment I called to confirm my appointment and was told I was all confirmed and ready. Later that afternoon I received a call from the front desk staff needing to switch her appointment to 1 hour later. Although this is not a big deal ... this seems to be a common problem within this office and therefore should be improved. I'm looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Dr. Adham for all my baby health needs ... she is the best!!

She is kind, compassionate, incredibly responsive, and brings so much energy and warmth to every interaction. There have been multiple occasions when one of our children have shown signs of an ear infection late at night, and she responded promptly, saw them to make an accurate diagnosis, and made sure they received the treatment they needed as soon as possible. Whenever my kids feel anxious about an appointment, she is able to calm their fears, make them feel safe, and even turn the visit into a positive experience. I especially appreciate how thoroughly she explains medical concerns in a way that's easy to understand. She takes the time to answer questions and listens to my concerns. I always feel heard, respected, and confident in the care my children receive. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Ashley and highly recommend her!

After seeing her on several occasions, I see why they feel that way. Pros: I love the time Dr. Graves spends with us and remembering small details about my little one. Her staff are very accommodating and do their best to make the appointment as smooth as can be. The office is clean. Cons: Dr. Graves can run behind schedule, so don't make another appointment so close to her's (learned that the hard way). This is the main reason why she has a 4 star review from me rather than 5. I'm also not a fan of the communal waiting room, which is shared by 3 other offices. It gets way to loud and can get stuffy.

Absolutely the best doctors and office staff at any pediatrician, anywhere…read more The group has about 6 doctors on staff, and they do a Saturday clinic rotation in Concord, so they're virtually always available. Even if you need to make a same-day appointment because of a sick kid, they've always been able to squeeze me in. They are always ready when you make your appointment, they get you in and out quickly, but you're never rushed. The doctors (especially Dr. Ryan Tracy) spend all the time in the world answering your questions, and making sure that they've fully explained everything. Dr Singer is definitely a Medical Doctor, but doesn't act like one, let me explain... 1) He actually took the time (a lot of time) to sit and talk with my husband and I and really went out of his way to make my daughter feel comfortable. 2) He is incredibly respectful of different parenting styles (which is a rare quality among humans in general), but still has a way of giving his advice and expertise without being offensive or pushy. 3) He listened to my concerns WITH eye contact and never interrupted or dismissed what I was saying. 4) He cares.. really, really cares. They simply don't offer enough spaces when kids are sick like the winter. There clearly seems to be a way around the system to get booked in advance but that hasn't been offered to us. 2) our son had a severe reaction to a bee sting and their response was to schedule an appointment with an allergist for 3 months in advance. When we asked about how do we keep him safe in the meantime we were told to wait until the allergist appointment in 3 months. We asked a friend who is a pediatrician and they wrote us a prescription for an EpiPen on the spot. Why didn't Bayside? If you don't know how to advocate for yourself in the US healthcare system then don't come here. Your kid will get lost in the shuffle and they couldn't care less. I picked this place based on proximity and some decent reviews but I will not be doing that any longer.
