All the staff I worked with didn't seem to know what they were doing. The one girl who measured me didn't seem to know what she was doing and measure incorrectly. The redhead who works there is sharp, unhelpful and kinda give off a, " I'm better than you vibe." I came to pick up my dress during my appt and said I wanted to wait for my friend who had the appt after me. The staff made me wait in the back of the store. I was a paying customer! So unprofessional. Dressed are overpriced, poor quality an and the store doesn't help with any problem that may occur with the dress. Go some place else. Be better than Bella

Actually, I had to keep the almost $200 dress because no returns are possible. SERVICE -- Excellent service. I booked an appointment in May 2023 with stylist Brielle S., at the Cleveland location showroom. I arrived with my friend who was another bridesmaid. My appointment was smooth and Brielle was very helpful. She took my measurements and helped me adjust the dress with clips when I put it on. The bride, who does not live in Ohio, already had the dress that she wanted the bridesmaids to wear so all I had to do was come try the dress on then either order it in the store or order it at home online. While the specific colour, light blue ("cloudy") was not available to try on, I tried on a pink colour just to get an idea of how the dress would fit. Specifically, here is the dress style that I bought -- Designer: Dessy Group Style: BB123 Fabric: Lux Chiffon, Color: Cloudy Size: 8 (I'm normally a size 6 but I ordered a bit bigger due to the style of this dress where the shoulder area is more snug or tight) Extra Length: Yes I recommend Bella Bridesmaid for your dress needs. Browse their website first before going into the store. They have locations across the USA so hopefully there is a showroom close to where you live. **** - 89/150 total reviews in 2023 - 640 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 1 December 2023

She wasn't pushy, and you could tell she loved what she did as a job and was passionate about it. She made me feel so confident and was also honest about any flaws she saw in the dress or if I was making a face like I didn't like the dress. I could not have asked for a better bridal stylist. I am so glad me and my mom traveled up from Columbus and I would do it 100 times again. Such a great experience, and such an amazing atmosphere. The dressing rooms were also spacious and amazing and clean. And the bridal boutique itself was absolutely gorgeous with the layout of the dresses and the entrance way. Another note to add to brag about Kat, Kat was not only amazing to work with but so professional, I emailed her a few days earlier before the appointment seeing if they carried a specific dress, she quickly responded and tried to assist me and answer all of my questions as much as she could. This is the best bridal experience I've had and I had been to 5 different bridal places before Lilianas Bridal house. I highly recommend to any bride that they check out Lilianas bridal house! Thanks so much Kat for helping me find my perfect dream dress! Everything was a 10/10 if I could rate higher than 5 stars I totally would.

We were so impressed with her sense of style, awesome customer service, and professional yet down to earth demeanor. We will never go anywhere without starting here to look for a dress! We paid for the dress and then she had my daughter pose with a cute "I said yes to the dress" sigh, which was an adorable touch! We will be back!

See my review of it. Mary Jane Ferris, wedding and event coodinator extrodinaire, sent me to Ferris Steakhouse for a venue. Then she connected me with Brenda, SociallyArtistic for all my flowers and decor. OMG Brenda is unbelievable! She worked with me and completely understood my personal, crazy situation of family etc. My daughter decided the colors for the wedding because she is a busy doctor and hates shopping. Brenda was so understanding and let me wait until my daughter told me the color of the dress she chose before we decided on our pallet. So cool. Socially Artistic delivered all the bouquets and boutonnieres to the church for the ceremony. She was there when we all arrived and pinned the flowers to the men and made sure all the ladies had their bouquets and corsages. It was a little hectic bug Brenda was like a rock in the torrent. I also got a wrist corsage for my mother-in-law. It was exquisite and perfect. My mother-in-law spent a lot of money on her gorgeous dress so I did not want to stick a pin in it. She loved her flowers. In fact, she has not had one word of criticism for the entire wedding and I've been her daughter-in-law for almost a week! I am just getting to the reception. Brenda and her team turned the party room at Ferris Steakhouse into a fairytale scene! Glorious hydrangeas an roses of every pink hue everywhere. And lovely candlelight at multple heights all around the room. There were candlelit flower garlands on the fireplace mantle and over the doorway to the party room. Every table was laden with small and large arrangements. Unbelievably charming!!! There was a topiary on the appetizer table that was magnificent.
