My mom, boyfriend, and I were in line at 6:40pm (big mistake), and missed the first service by just 4 parties... so we waited for another hour before seating. Thankfully, it was not raining at all. When we got seated, our waiter was very friendly and asked if we spoke English in which he spoke to us throughout the night. There was only one order we could choose from which was the appetizer of salad with pecan and their steak with their house special sauce. They had a huge selection of desserts after the meal, though. We were able to customize the way our steak was prepared and asked for medium rare. The steak did come out a little rarer than what Americans are used to, but that was ok with all of us! The salad came out first, and it was drenched in this delicious oil vinaigrette that my mom really liked. She really enjoyed the salad. The steak was SUPER tender and the sauce, omg. DELICIOUS. Highly addicting even with the complimentary French bread. We just couldn't get enough of this house special sauce! Well, I couldn't. It was some kind of oil vinaigrette + other thing (like a beefy foam?). I couldn't distinguish the taste... but it was delicious! The fries were also fresh and tasted amazing with the sauce. We unfortunately didn't order any drinks or desserts afterwards. But they looked and sounded amazing! Overall, the steak was delicious! The seafood platter had offerings that aren't usually seen on ice the US . Snails , clams , tiny prawns in addition to oysters , lobsters . Good way to expand your raw seafood palate.
