I have had plain cheese pupusas before and was never a big fan, but we decided to take it as the staff was so apologetic and kind and we didn't want to wait longer for food. The cheese pupusas were amazing! I was so shocked. We will definitely start mixing up our order to include cheese and cheese/bean pupusas. I only wish the pupuseria was open later, especially on Fridays/Saturdays, but the food is always worth it! Note of caution: compliance to COVID precautions isn't the most consistent.
