. We had booked 2 rooms prior to checking in. Upon arrival, we had to wait for a long time. Then when we got our guide to show us to our room we got a room with the view of a wall. We had paid extra to get a room with the view of the pool. The front desk gave us a hard time and wouldn't give us a different room when we had the reciept of the purchase confirming the pool view. They had us call our agent. After a long dispute, they had finally given us a room with the view of the pool. So they sent us to our room without giving our guide our key. So we had to wait to get the key to our room. But they told us the 2nd room was not ready for at least another hour. The rooms are also dirty and dusty, and my foot turned black from just 5 minutes of walking around. The "patio" is only big enough for one person standing. We had 2 double queen bed room and they only provided 2 towels in the whole unit although there is more than 2 people staying in a room. The 2nd room that needed more time had no towels at all. They were suppose to provide for us 4 towels, a hand towel, and a foot towel. We had to call for more towels but they only provided us with 2 instead of the 4 that was said and that we have to call the front desk AGAIN when she had the additional towels. The towels provided were completly wprn down. They also have not provided us the hand nor foot towels.we have called and requested for additional towels (because we have 3 people in our room). It has been over an hour and still no sign of additional towels. There is no internet in the unit unless you pay for internet. And you would have to pay for internet for each individual device. And you have you rebuy it every day. With PAID internet, it is still slower than the FREE wifi given at the beach. Front desk service is bad. AC unit is super weak, and you can't even feel the breeze unless you stand directly in front of it. The coldest temperature feels like 80 degrees F (~30 degrees C). The pillows are also super flat. The elevator has a "weight limit" of 1000 kg (~2000 lb), and "people capacity" of 13 people. First of all, the elevators are pretty small. With 7 adults, its already cramped. So the only 13 people we can fit are newborn infants. Plus it already says its over weight capacity when in total, everyone weighed no more than 600kg. (And thats overestimating). Everyone is very unorganized. We weren't even provided the meal tickets that is suppose to be included in our purchase. We had to go eat elsewhere. No shower door or curtain so the water would get all over the toilet. Some other reviewers say there's just communication troubles because they are foreign, its bullshit. They still give horrible service if you are filipino and can speak tagolog.
Ps. I can't even use the free "wifi" provided by the hotel.
But the location is close to the beach that is very beautiful with white sand and clear waters, but also very crowded.
