My husband and I wanted a little bite to eat so, we opted for the brussel sprouts and the gnoochi. I could have eaten my weight in those sprouts! The flavors were complex and bursting with every bite! A must try especially if you love your sprouts crispy. The gnoochi was an interesting and different take in the traditional. The mixture of autumn vegetables with the pillowy pasta didn't work for me. I could have only eaten the vegetables and been satisfied. The flavor was not as bold as the spirits so, that also left me a bit disappointed. But, I give it 4 stars because the online ordering snd friendly staff made for a seamless and enjoyable transaction.

Luckily, we picked the right one because Roll It Up Sushi Truck was so good! First, their truck rocks! It is colorful, with very cool artwork all over the truck. I had a pair of dumplings which were good, but feasted on their Pokemon Bowl, a phenomenal merging of marinated ahi tuna, aroma tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, seaweed, green onions, and sticky rice, topped by a delicious sauce, and some seeds. Wow, so darn good. I quickly followed the truck on IG afterwards, as I need to get another meal here!

The staff was super friendly with big smiles all around and I didn't realize until looking back at photos that the guy was posing for the photo in the back holding up crepes, which is hilarious. Great attitudes, very quick turnaround time from ordering to receiving food and I would highly recommend trying these out if you see them! So when I saw Baba's at the South Denver Beer Fest I knew I just had to try it. They had a limited menu going on but it works, I got the falafel cone and they asked if I wanted it regular or spicy and I went with spicy. It was up in a few minutes and while they were making it, I chatted with the guy and girl running the truck. We talked all things food and social media and they even have me some suggestions on where to find legit middle eastern food in the area (excluding their truck of course) , superfriendly folks. And the falafel cone? Omg, it was an instant mouthgasm in the form of a cone! The falafels had perfect consistency and flavor and the tahini was smooth and rich. They made it spicy and it had just enough spice to accent the flavors but not overtake it. I was a sad panda when I finished it. If you see them around, definitely check it out and get some balls in your mouth!!
