Just provide details like the day, amount of people and the time. You can also book through their website which I also did but WhatsApp was immediate service. We quickly found an option that fit our budget and they send over a contract to sign. A small deposit is due during the time you sign your contract with the remaining balance and tip on the day of your trip. They offer drink and food services but we opted to bring our own as they provide an ice cooler. Our captain, Daniel, was great. He texted me right before and we let him know we were running late. Our Uber dropped us off at the wrong location which made us more late but he still gave us our time back when he did not have to all. Once he helped us onto the boat, he asked where we wanted to go and took us to a small island with other boats. He also gives you full access to the music. They also have an option for a large floatie for everyone to lay out and relax on. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a private boat ride. Prices are very reasonable. Easily our favorite excursion on the trip!

First, we supposedly rented a 41' Sea Ray boat with an ample and open seating area (they sent pics prior to booking). When we got in the boat we realized that was not the boat in the pics. It only had a small bench instead of the open seating area shown in the pics and looked smaller than 41'. Then, our rental started at 1pm. We got to the marine at 12:40pm as requested by this vendor and the boat was not there. The boat was late, therefore our departure took longer. But of course our rental still ended at 6pm (the captain did not make it up for his late arrival). The worse part of this rent was the quality of the boat. As soon as we got in we realized that the indoor fridge was leaking and there was water all over the first floor. See pics Then we realized that the sink from the restroom was not working. See video. We told the captain (Nelson) and he said that indeed it was not working but the kitchen sink worked. We checked the kitchen sink and this was also not working. See video Also, the boat was going extremely slow from the marina all the way until we stopped at the final destination. As soon as we realized all the concerns that we had with the quality of the boat we immediately called the owner of Brickell Boat Charter. The owner said there was nothing wrong and literally hang up on us. I tried texting him with pics and videos of all the issues and to this date I never received a response. We were left with a faulty boat in the middle of the ocean, at a spot that was not even nice with a Captain that was not willing to move a finger without "owners approval". But FEELING YACHTY never communicated this or apoligized for the tardiness. Aside from that the captain was great! But unfortunately, in the beginning of the boat tour the AC was not working on the inside and toward the end of the trip the water for bathroom and sink got shut off. We ended up getting on the boat since FEELING YACHTY does not provide a refnd or rescheuling. THEY ARE NOT FLEXIBLE AND DO NOT COMMUNICATE. You are better off with another company, heed my warning!
