Many times when there are issues, people don't always have a solution right away, but she did and the yacht was awesome. We had a yacht with a jet ski and my husband had the best time. Something about being on a boat, sunbathing, drinking champagne, jet-skiing, and jumping into the water for a swim jumpstarts your vacation mode. Working with Cesar and Party on a Boat was a breeze. The communication quick. He emails you a document with photos of your options and the pricing is straightforward. Everything can be customized so if you want them to have food/drinks/djs/water activities set for you, you just let them know. The pickup location is also really convenient. One of the best things was that it was BYOB so if you feel like bringing your own food, snacks, alcohol and drinks, you totally can! The captain was eager to help, taking pictures and expertly positioning the boat to capture stunning backdrops. If you forget your snacks and drinks, there's a selection available for purchase. The wrapped sandwiches served during the trip were satisfactory, and the boat was already stocked with ice and water. However, the boat itself was disappointing--dirty and smelly beyond expectations. The bathroom, kitchen sink, and sleeping area desperately needed a thorough cleaning with bleach. Considering the cost of our 3-hour trip, this was quite a letdown. Fortunately, I wore swim shoes, which was wise, as I definitely wouldn't have gone to the front of the boat without them.

You have to be so selective about what yacht charter company you use because safety is a must when boats and booze are involved. Tropical Boat really took care of our girls and made sure everyone felt safe and had A TON OF FUN! First, we supposedly rented a 41' Sea Ray boat with an ample and open seating area (they sent pics prior to booking). When we got in the boat we realized that was not the boat in the pics. It only had a small bench instead of the open seating area shown in the pics and looked smaller than 41'. Then, our rental started at 1pm. We got to the marine at 12:40pm as requested by this vendor and the boat was not there. The boat was late, therefore our departure took longer. But of course our rental still ended at 6pm (the captain did not make it up for his late arrival). The worse part of this rent was the quality of the boat. As soon as we got in we realized that the indoor fridge was leaking and there was water all over the first floor. See pics Then we realized that the sink from the restroom was not working. See video. We told the captain (Nelson) and he said that indeed it was not working but the kitchen sink worked. We checked the kitchen sink and this was also not working. See video Also, the boat was going extremely slow from the marina all the way until we stopped at the final destination. As soon as we realized all the concerns that we had with the quality of the boat we immediately called the owner of Brickell Boat Charter. The owner said there was nothing wrong and literally hang up on us. I tried texting him with pics and videos of all the issues and to this date I never received a response. We were left with a faulty boat in the middle of the ocean, at a spot that was not even nice with a Captain that was not willing to move a finger without "owners approval". This has been the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recomment AVOID RENTING from this place.

The boat was scheduled for 4PM and no one had informed us of where the boat would be or who the captain was. The address provided on the website is a general address for several boats to pick up people so we had to wait for 1.5 hours! We called multiple times to obtain the information but they kept delaying the information as they did not have it since they had five other charter boats taking off. The staff in the pick up location informed us (and the captain of the boat confirmed) we were double booked! The prior boat group was scheduled to end at 5PM and we were scheduled to start at 4PM. But FEELING YACHTY never communicated this or apoligized for the tardiness. Aside from that the captain was great!
