The experience was advertised as three hours with unlimited food and drinks, so I figured, why not? Parking was pretty easy. I parked at Bayside Marketplace and walked over from there. Let's start with the GOOD because the boat crew was easily the highlight of the experience. Everyone was super friendly, laid-back, accommodating, and entertaining throughout the entire trip. They really worked to get everyone to loosen up, mingle, and have a good time. By the end, people were definitely enjoying themselves! They also delivered on the "unlimited" part. There was plenty of food and drinks available throughout the trip, so you could absolutely get your fill. Now for the areas that could use some work. Check-in was pretty disorganized. It wasn't clear where we were supposed to wait, who we needed to speak with, or exactly how the check-in process worked. A little more organization and signage would make a BIG difference. The drinks were also extremely watered down. I know we're on a boat, but I didn't expect the cocktails to contain this much additional ocean. I could barely taste any alcohol. Seating was another issue. There simply wasn't enough for the number of people booked, so there were plenty of times when I was standing around. I understand the experience is designed for people to mingle, dance, and hang out, but having more places to sit would definitely improve the three-hour experience. Finally, the food was pretty limited and basic. We had wings, hot dogs, and chips, and the quality of the wings in particular wasn't great. When something is advertised as unlimited food, I wasn't expecting fine dining, but a little more variety and quality would go a long way. Despite those issues, I DID have fun, and a huge part of that was because of the crew. They really made the experience enjoyable. Would I book Miami On The Water again? Maybe. With a smoother check-in process, better drinks, improved food, and more seating, this could easily be a much better experience. But that crew? They were awesome!

When I booked on TripAdvisor, the tour was listed as being 1hour and 20 minutes. The sail time was listed as 2:30pm with a suggested arrival time of 2pm. We arrived at 2pm on March 19th 2026. We easily found the waiting area...by the Ferris wheel and Hard Rock Cafe. There was no particular order to the line. Once the crew arrived they scanned our digital confirmations and handed us paper tickets. They pulled this wooden ship's wheel out, and began directing us to the wheel to take a photo. We knew this to be a marketing ploy for possible purchase of the photo later. Normally, I do not have an issue with this, I get it. However when we tried to decline the taking of the photo, we were told it was for "safety purposes " and we could always decline the purchase later. Really? I've never heard of such a thing? I felt as though they weren't being honest with us. Once on board, the ship did not pull off until 2:50pm. We returned at 3:50pm. So, in actuality the tour was an hour. The tour let us know about a few historical facts about Biscayne Bay and pointed out celebrity mansions. I know this is a pretty standard tour for the area. This particular one felt rushed with the narrator speaking fast, the music mediocre and not much group interaction. I probably have exhausted my Biscayne Bay tours. I do not see me taking another one, and certainly not with this company.

Sent me back with about 3200 PSI in my HP100 tanks. The second time around I asked for 32% nitrox. I checked them at the store with their analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. When I questioned them about it they said their analyzer was broken but they were certain the tanks were filled properly with 32%. I checked them at home with my analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. So far I cannot say anything good about this shop.

Masks I bought for one of my sons & I were uncomfortable. The staff at Grove Scuba helped us find replacements that we're really pleased with. Our experience was very satisfying and we will be back!
