The experience was advertised as three hours with unlimited food and drinks, so I figured, why not? Parking was pretty easy. I parked at Bayside Marketplace and walked over from there. Let's start with the GOOD because the boat crew was easily the highlight of the experience. Everyone was super friendly, laid-back, accommodating, and entertaining throughout the entire trip. They really worked to get everyone to loosen up, mingle, and have a good time. By the end, people were definitely enjoying themselves! They also delivered on the "unlimited" part. There was plenty of food and drinks available throughout the trip, so you could absolutely get your fill. Now for the areas that could use some work. Check-in was pretty disorganized. It wasn't clear where we were supposed to wait, who we needed to speak with, or exactly how the check-in process worked. A little more organization and signage would make a BIG difference. The drinks were also extremely watered down. I know we're on a boat, but I didn't expect the cocktails to contain this much additional ocean. I could barely taste any alcohol. Seating was another issue. There simply wasn't enough for the number of people booked, so there were plenty of times when I was standing around. I understand the experience is designed for people to mingle, dance, and hang out, but having more places to sit would definitely improve the three-hour experience. Finally, the food was pretty limited and basic. We had wings, hot dogs, and chips, and the quality of the wings in particular wasn't great. When something is advertised as unlimited food, I wasn't expecting fine dining, but a little more variety and quality would go a long way. Despite those issues, I DID have fun, and a huge part of that was because of the crew. They really made the experience enjoyable. Would I book Miami On The Water again? Maybe. With a smoother check-in process, better drinks, improved food, and more seating, this could easily be a much better experience. But that crew? They were awesome!

The tour guide was informative while keeping things light and fun, and the DJ added to the atmosphere by timing songs from artists like Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin as we passed their homes. There were plenty of photo opportunities, and although the boat was on the smaller side, it didn't feel crowded. The top and front were open-air, with covered seating downstairs. Approaching the lit-up Miami skyline at the end of the ride was a highlight. The boat had a bar with reasonably priced drinks ($5 beers and $10 cocktails) and snacks available for purchase. The only downside was unclear check-in instructions. The email said the booth was inside Bayside Marketplace behind Chili's on the second floor. Right across from Chili's is a storefront for a different tour operator, and downstairs there are at least ten other booths with similar names, which made it confusing. After asking around, we learned the Fiesta Cruises booth was actually outside on the dock--you have to walk through the Tasca Paella restaurant to reach it. Once we found it, check-in and boarding were smooth. Parking at the garage can also be challenging, especially on weekend evenings or during events. My tour coincided with a Miami Heat game next door, which made traffic and parking more difficult and expensive (a $57 flat event rate). The company did send a warning email recommending public transit or rideshare. Even arriving an hour early, it still took about 40 minutes to park and locate the check-in booth.

When I booked on TripAdvisor, the tour was listed as being 1hour and 20 minutes. The sail time was listed as 2:30pm with a suggested arrival time of 2pm. We arrived at 2pm on March 19th 2026. We easily found the waiting area...by the Ferris wheel and Hard Rock Cafe. There was no particular order to the line. Once the crew arrived they scanned our digital confirmations and handed us paper tickets. They pulled this wooden ship's wheel out, and began directing us to the wheel to take a photo. We knew this to be a marketing ploy for possible purchase of the photo later. Normally, I do not have an issue with this, I get it. However when we tried to decline the taking of the photo, we were told it was for "safety purposes " and we could always decline the purchase later. Really? I've never heard of such a thing? I felt as though they weren't being honest with us. Once on board, the ship did not pull off until 2:50pm. We returned at 3:50pm. So, in actuality the tour was an hour. The tour let us know about a few historical facts about Biscayne Bay and pointed out celebrity mansions. I know this is a pretty standard tour for the area. This particular one felt rushed with the narrator speaking fast, the music mediocre and not much group interaction. I probably have exhausted my Biscayne Bay tours. I do not see me taking another one, and certainly not with this company.

Sent me back with about 3200 PSI in my HP100 tanks. The second time around I asked for 32% nitrox. I checked them at the store with their analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. When I questioned them about it they said their analyzer was broken but they were certain the tanks were filled properly with 32%. I checked them at home with my analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. So far I cannot say anything good about this shop.

We were really excited to go on it and grateful they found something special that we didn't have time to plan dt all the wedding planning. The experience was hassle free. We confirmed the weather conditions and meeting location the day before. Next day we were met promptly as 11:50 am to sign papers and head out to the waterfront. We were taken to a little island not far off from the shore, from where the pilot/ owner Tony picked us up. (Noon) The tour on a sea boat was incredible! Tony shared history, facts and stories about Miami and Florida. The 1 hour flight to Keys was breathtaking. Different shades of blue as far as the eye can see, blues blending in with sky, sky's with water! When we got to the keys, Tony paid 50$ toward our lunch. The food at the restaurant was great. Lots of seafood options. In about an hour we were headed back. Same fun experience on the way back, we saw more things, boat races, sharks, cruise ships, etc. Overall we were really happy with our experience. Flying on a little plane that also floats on water was already an amazing (& safe ) thing. It put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of what was to come. We got to see so much from the bird eye view of Miami and Florida. It's a great idea for people coming to Florida for their first time, or for those who want to see another side of Florida. Definitely a memorable event.
