So I came for a smog and they were able to squeeze me in and smog my 26ft RV. The waiting area was nice and they were very professional. My RV did not pass smog and he explained why and the retest was $20 once I got the problem fixed. Ok. No problem. I got the catalytic converter fixed and brought it back for the retest. Again, he was professional throughout the whole process. The RV passed all the emissions tests but he couldn't approve the converter because he couldn't find it on the carb website, even though I gave him the paperwork. I asked him for a refund if another smog place approved it and he said no. I took it to another smog place right away, and that guy knew what boxes to check and was able to pass the smog mo problem. Just be careful if you have anything special with your smog. read more

Fast and efficient service. We were in and out in 15 minutes we have found our new location for smog service.

Let me start by saying my car passed the test however the new owner was so rude I will never be back! To many other smog stations out there. Save you time and money and go anywhere else. read more

Listed them for a routine smog check for an out of state transfer of a registration. They were quick and efficient. Even though I failed the first check Jaime offered advice on how to allow time for the on board CPU to readjust after a recent battery change. I followed up two days later and the car passed with flying colors! I highly recommend La Cadena Smog Check for your emission services. read more

I strongly urge people to beware of coming to this business, and really consider taking your vehicle elsewhere. My husband took his vehicle to get smog checked and registration tags here back in October. The vehicle passed smog, however he is still waiting for his tags 2 months later. He has gone down to the business several times and very conveniently, the ONLY person able to provide him with the registration tags that he already paid for, just happens to be out that day/just left/isn't available. He has left his name and number at the front desk, but never receives any calls back. It seems really shady and completely unprofessional. Honestly, we are considering filing a complaint with the better business bureau. If I could give less than one star, I would. read more

I just want to say that a little home town business is again proving that you can have good service and work done well. I tried to get my daughters car smogged by a different company and they were not there during posted business hours and their was no answer when I called. The car was having an issue but, I decided I'd better get it smogged before it's too late. So I called La Cadena, they got me in straight away and spoke very kindly to me for the small amount of time it took to find out there was an error. They recommended I get it checked before I smog, so I got it corrected and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Please go local, these guys need to stay in business. Thanks to La Cadena Smog!! read more
