The parking was difficult. Had to circle the area a few times, but the 3rd time was a charm and I was able to park in their yard.It was busy, which means good and reliable with reasonable pricing. The staff was nice and straight up. I didn't spend more than 40 min there at the busiest time of the day. read more

Good communication on this business as a whole. I had to wait since I didn't make an appointment but the wait wasn't long and I didn't feel forgotten because they would check in with me. However, the guy who rang me up for my smog check didn't honor the 1st time customer Yelp deal for $20 off because he "doesn't do it like that". Idk what that means. But I will be a returning customer because of the fast service. read more

They quoted me $60 then said after I informed him It is a light duty pickup he said $50. I also had a printed coupon for $36.75. He wouldn't take coupon because he said I printed it from the wrong website? That's when he said he'd do it for $50. Really? Waiting to see how much it's really going to cost. It was $50... Minute Smog - Front desk - Smog Check Stations Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I've been to this place two years now for my smog check every year it has passed it with flying colors. I went in this year for my song and the guy told me my car passed the smog check but since I have an aftermarket Exhaust he failed it . I've owned the car for 10 years I've never changed the exhaust , no one has ever told me anything about that in all the years I've smoged my car . I mention to him that I've got it smog with them in the past and they have passed it, he told me that is why the guy you probably worked with doesn't work here any more that I should probably go get it done somewhere else . read more

Received a yelp quote for $40. When I got there I was greeted by David. He was professional, gave me common courtesy (not so common now a days) and he was strait to the point. I was there for a little over 30 minutes and I was all done. read more

Pretty rude people working there. Good thing there's 25 other smog check places up and down the block.

I took my car in for a smog to this place since I normally take my car next door for repairs and they offer great service, but I was dissatisfied. I don't know if the guy Alex is the owner, but he has no people skills. He was very short, rude, and not very informative. Find another shop and save yourself the trouble read more

Put my smog check till the last minute as always, and Minute Smog was there to save my day! They're super nice and welcoming! I've always hated going to do these types of things but the guys here were so cool and down to earth.Their service was quick and I'll definitely be coming back!! Btw their customer service is great! I was waiting in their lobby with my little brother and there were two customers there as well waiting for someone to come out and help them with a question. They were told to wait a bit since the specific person they needed to talk to was on his lunch break and I kid you not as soon as they sat down they had to get back up cause the guy came out to help them. If thats not grade A service I don't know what is! Anyways, really chill place right across the Dmv. Highly recommend:) read more

I have to start off, I emailed them in the morning before they opened. They responded to my email pretty fast. As I walk in to get my smog, they promptly greeted me. I asked how long will this take? His response was 20 minutes. They finished in 15 minutes and said I was ready to check out. For this being an all guy work place they were very nice and efficient! The worst Ever. Hispanic man, owner, was rude, arrogant, even he became hostile and deceptive.
