I ended up being a few minutes late because I was "lost" but Sathya did take me and after a quick discussion as to what I was looking for quickly had me seated and started. She was very personable and had her young daughter there as I was the last appointment of the day. She was professional and efficient and in 15-20 mins was done tidying up my brows (which were suffering from neglect as I have not regularly seen someone since moving to Frederick). She has a mirror to let you check her work but I did not need additional clean up (which I'm sure she would have done). Threading is not painless and she checked before she started that I had threading done previously so I knew what to expect. All in all quick and painless process.
