A few minutes later, I got a call from another number, and a man told me he was another owner and asked how I was. When I told him not great and started explaining... I realized I was ON A THREE-WAY CALL when the woman burst on, cursed me out, and ended the call. These people are a reallll class act. My issue isn't that a few flowers were replaced, it's that the arrangement delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered. The advertised arrangement had a soft, airy, garden-style design with a very specific color palette and composition. The arrangement that was delivered was completely different. It was dominated by large sunflowers, burgundy chrysanthemums, pink stock, and green hydrangeas, flowers that dramatically changed the entire look and feel. If I had wanted that style of arrangement, I would have ordered it. When you purchase flowers, you're paying for the florist's design and artistry, not simply a vase filled with flowers of comparable value. Similar dollar value does not mean it's the same product. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of customer service. I called multiple times trying to speak with someone about the issue. My calls went unanswered and went straight to voicemail, and despite being told someone would follow up, no one ever did. Instead, I eventually received a vague text message saying that if certain flowers aren't available, they do their best to substitute them. That completely missed the point. The issue was never that substitutions were made, it was that the substitutions resulted in an arrangement that bore little resemblance to what was advertised. There was no attempt to acknowledge that concern or offer any meaningful resolution. My friend, being the kind and gracious person she is, thanked me and told me the flowers were beautiful. Of course she did - she appreciated the gesture behind them. But that doesn't change the fact that what I paid for and what was delivered were two very different products. I'll be posting side-by-side photos of the arrangement I ordered and the one that was delivered so others can decide for themselves. Do these arrangements honestly look alike? Do you believe the delivered arrangement reflects the premium product that was advertised? Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this florist. Between the completely different design, the lack of communication, and the unwillingness to make things right, this was not the level of service I expected from a professional florist.

For the head count we paid for there wasn't much food and they began putting food away and stopped replenishing before out guest were finish. (The head count we paid for was less then showed up) and the food wasn't worth what you paid for and didn't taste very good. I would chose a different cater. 2. My parents are struggles and have been calling to receive their deposit. They say they will call and have not and said they have mail the check but after 2 week of that conversation they still haven't received it. FIGHT TO GET DEPOSIT BACK! 3. The man helping traffic and parking. When a guest asked if they were at the correct wedding the man didn't know who's wedding it was. Stood out in the parking lot twirling his vest not helping cars park. 4. Abbie the worker at the venue never checked in with the bride to make sure everything was fine. When the bride and bridal party arrived to the venue we couldn't find any staff on site. We had to call to find help to answer questions. They were also suppose to put reserve signs on dinner tables for family. They were also suppose to move vases from ceremony to cake table but didn't. We had to ask friends to move items. I was married at Acadian Village and used a caterer in Lafayette. They were wonderful and I had tons of delicious food left over for the same number of guest my sister had!
